Quiet location. 5 minutes walk to town.

Fantastic location and amenities were just what we needed.

Location is convenient and wonderfully positioned in walking distance. Mary is sweet and hospitable. The cottage is comfortable and relaxing.

Mary was a very welcoming host, and the accommodation was clean and comfy.

Host Mary was very pleasant. Studio apt had all basic needs covered. No oven, but a microwave & hot plate that allowed us to make grilled cheese sandwiches! Property is very well kept & a small mall with a supermarket is just around the corner so very convenient location. We were getting on the ferry to the north island in the morning & it was literally a 5 minute drive at most. It would be nice to be able to view the TV from the bed, but not a big deal for 1 night. Other suggestions would be a bit more shelving in the bathroom for toiletries & a towel rack on the side of the sink for a tea towel. But overall, very satisfactory.

Super welcoming host! Place was lovely and tidy, so close to the supermarket and an easy walk into town. Has the basic ammenities you need during your stay, and the area is quiet and peaceful.

The accommodation is very clean, quiet, well equipped and convenient for ferries, train, eateries etc. Mary was very prompt with her replies and I’m so grateful for going out of her way to help me: regarding bags.Would definitely stay again.

What i liked about this accommodation was the size of the space, generous. Also the park was easy to get in and out of. Everything was clean and tidy.

Tidy clean little property.For stays over one day it needs a heated towel rail , a larger fridge .and the heater to work.Loved the warm friendly welcome in a very good location.

Had everything we needed for an overnighter before early ferry crossing. Did not meet Mary but she had left room all ready for us to walk in, thanks Mary:) Had a few issues with communicating via Bookabach. Not sure why. Otherwise

Nice apartment in a handy location. My booking was last minute and the communication from Mary made it a very easy process.

Lovely stay at this well equipped rental with a nice outdoor area for morning coffee or evening drinks. We parked right outside our door and walked to town for meals, day cruise, trail hike, and all other activities. I highly recommend!

Thank you Marry! Very comfortable and nice. The apartment is in walking distance to the small town Center in Picton and to the watertaxi. You can park directly in front which makes it easy to arrange your luggage while travelling. To the ferry it’s a 3min easy drive which makes the flat suitable for having a good sleep before you take the ferry early
