Stayed Aug 6, 2022ABOMINABLE. I have attempted to communicate with you on this platform AND Facebook. The owner told us the property was unavailable because it was rented out on long lease. We had to find alternative accommodation. The owner claims to have tried to arrange our refund, to no avail. We have also tried to request a refund, also to no avail.You can read our story on your Facebook page and in Facebook Messenger. Your system needs to be less automated because quite frankly, it sucks. So, I am again requesting a refund. And stop asking your customers to pay upfront until you have verified availability yourselves. Reading the posts on your Facebook page, this is a big problem for you.
