Stayed Sep 29, 2023What a great little spot. Close to Starland, Forsyth Park, Bull St corridor and walkable to downtown/Broughton/Bay/River Streets. Perfect courtyard for a dog to chill. Would definitely recommend. Shana was helpful and responsive when needed.

Stayed Feb 28, 2019I'm a Travel Nurse who was on assignment in Savannah. I stayed in Shana's home for about 6 weeks of my contract there. It was perfect for me. Equipt with what I needed throughout my stay. Shana was very helpful and responsive throughout. The home was clean and safe with a code locking fence and front door. Also there was a nice private patio. I was initially worried about parking but it was never a problem. Plenty of street parking throughout my stay. Washer and dryer conveniently just outside of my gate in the main house. Also, only 1/2 mile to Forsyth Park and the downtown area, so easily walked to. I highly encourage you to check this place out for a longer term stay in the area.
