Quaint 'Sur La Mer' Cottage w/ Deck, Fire Pit

The property overall was great! It was clean and nicely done up. The house it self is perfect for a couple, cute and quaint. There was two small issues for my liking. There is no access to a washer and dryer and the home has baseboard heating in the master bedroom and living room. It took almost a day to heat it to a comfortable temperature and the second bedroom was difficult to get comfortable, but once that was achieved it was very pleasant. I would definitely stay here again!

Very cute, French beach themed, Sur La Mer ( by the sea )!!! I really liked all the black and white photos. Bonus is they were all from the local area I believe. Loved the pocket-screen doors. Bed was very comfortable. The couch not so much, but we were not there to sit around and watch TV. Short walk to the beach with easy access. My only real complaint is the back deck was very messy. I had to clean it and scrub the chairs, before we could use it.

We had a lovely stay, but I was disappointed that there wasn’t a dishwasher. Isn’t this mandatory for sanitary reasons? The location was great. The ocean was easy to get to.

This was a perfect for our family of four. It was clean, quaint , and the beds were Comfortable. I would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect 2 bedroom with sleeper sofa. My husband and 2 kids (11/13) stayed here. We like the proximity to everything and super close to the boardwalk/promenade start.It has a washer/dryer which is nice (we didn’t use it but definitely a perk if you need it. The inside is so charming. The only thing that would make it out of this world would be a hot tub. But as is, it’s amazing.

We very much enjoyed the quiet comfort of this 2 bedroom beach cottage. Very cozy. Splendid beach access and walks along the ocean just 2 blocks away.

The property it clean and incredibly stocked with everything you need. The location to the beach is amazing! Would highly recommend!

My friend and I had a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and boardwalk, as well as the design aesthetic and thoughtful attention to detail in this place..

I stayed here with some family and friends and it was a great place to stay for a couple days. it is a short walk from the ocean and boardwalk. It was really clean and in a quiet location. The lighting at night outside was very dark, even with the firepit on. The bathroom door is super loud so be aware that when you open it others will wake up. It is a bit smaller than I thought it would be, it was sort of cramped with 8 people. The stovetop would shut off randomly sometimes. But all in all, it was a great stay and I would recommend this place if you're looking for a cozy and quiet house near the beach.

We checked in Friday night. When I reached out to Annette about the fire pit, she responded very quickly and helped us out. We enjoyed family time around the fire, on the beach, doing local hikes and eating good food. The property was very cute, super clean, and very enjoyable. We would recommend this property to anyone! Great place!! Will be returning sometime in the future

We had a snafu when we arrived and the rental had not been cleaned. Mix up with the Housekeeper and property management company. The owner made it more than right. Besides that the bed was comfortable. It was adorable and very well organized. The location was awesome. You could walk a couple blocks to the most amazing beach. We had a bonfire right on the beach one night. Truly magical.

This is an ideal Vrbo! In a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to beach, close to downtown. Super clean throughout and furnished with every convenience you might need or want. We hope to come back in the fall.
