Stayed May 1, 2025We had a wonderful time staying here... the house is very well accommodated and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were updated and clean. Elena and Amanda were super hosts. We will definitely stay again... already planning our next trip back.

Stayed Mar 8, 2025This house was perfect for our small group visiting for the night for a wedding. The home was very clean. The host was excellent and communication. There was a grocery store less than a mile away and just a few miles from all the spots in downtown Gainesville. Plenty of parking.

Stayed Feb 27, 2025Perfectly serviceable house. Conveniently located. Good parking. Good neighborhood. Comfortable beds. We appreciated the outdoor table and sitting areas as well as the washer dryer which I used to freshen some of the provided towels. Shampoo conditioner and detergent was provided. The communication was friendly and good. Depending on preferences this could be a plus or minus: It was a cool week and we had a little trouble regulating the temperature upstairs resulting in a cold room (master) and warm rooms (other two) depending on which side if the hall you were on.

Stayed Jan 18, 2025We had a great stay hear at this quiet oasis. The location was amazing for those who want more privacy but also want to me close to UF. Me and my family had a great time with our pets as well. There was so much space for them to run around. We only had issues with the cleanliness of the house, the floors were super dirty and we only noticed because we had wiped the floor from some crumbs that were spilled. The master bathroom was clogged and it didn’t seem like any surfaces were wiped down such as the nightstands. Overall such a beautiful home and great for a big family. The host was amazing and super helpful since the day we booked. She had a super fast response and always looked out for us. We can’t wait to be back soon!
