Cute, quiet, and SO close to the beach.

I love sunrises, and only having to walk about 100 feet to enjoy was awesome. Great seafood, breakfasts wondeeful, and enjoying all the island has to offer. Also good icecream. Our second time there, and im sure we will be back.

It was VERY CLEAN. A shout out for Ruthie and her fantastic helper Shelly. My wife and I have been on many ocean vacations, but this cottage is at the top of them all. If you like clean,and accessibility to dining and shops and sweets,,this is all you need.

This little cottage was perfect and unbelievability clean. So close to everything. Very quiet and the kitchen was well equipped. the king bed was a nice surprise. It was everything Ruthie described. We will be back.

Location is everything for this little cottage - across the street from uncrowded beach access, walkable to local restaurants and sites, and situated in a quiet neighborhood. Quaint is the right word - nothing fancy about the place - but has everything you need.

This is our go-to place when we stay on SSI. Found this little jewel several years ago and it is our favorite place to stay.

Great place to stay if you are looking to be steps away from the beach! Rocking chairs on the screened in porch are just perfect to hear and see ( partial view) of the ocean!!

This property is in a great location! You can see the beach from the edge of the yard. Everything you need.

Easy and complete information about place and entrance. Clean. Everything I needed and more was there. Very easy walk to the beach. My favorite spot was the screened in porch sitting in the rocking chair with coffee watching the sunrise. Quiet neighborhood. Restaurants really close. Loved my stay. I can only give 5 stars but I would give many more. Hope I can come again loved it

Perfect cottage on the perfect location! Had everything we needed and communication with owner was great! Definitely will look to stay there again when visiting SSI

It is a bargain! It is basic but close to the beach and the village.

This cozy cottage is nestled in the most idyllic location, directly across the street from the Atlantic Ocean made for a lovely long weekend. The cottage has spacious bedrooms, living room, and a well appointed kitchen. The house faces the ocean with two perfect rockers for listening to the ocean while having your morning coffee, or enjoying an afternoon beverage. The cottage is located within walking distance to the pier, the lighthouse, and many adorable shops and restaurants. Could not imagine a better place to stay, and we have been to the island several times.

The location is great. Easy beach excess and a easy stroll the pier. Very clean and well stocked. Would stay again!!!!!

We had a relaxing weekend and absolutely loved the cottage. We felt right at home and will be back.
