Stayed Aug 29, 2025Great location for all our plans while in the Kittery area. Woodland Cottage was very cute and clean. Nice quiet area. Cam was very quick to respond to any questions. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in the Kittery area.

Stayed Nov 17, 2023Just a quick getaway before the holidays, perfect spot to unwind and do some Christmas shopping. Hosts made it easy. Great welcome booklet with suggestions for local food and drink. Reasonably priced. Wonderful, clean, quiet space. Would definitely stay here again. Cheers!

Stayed Oct 10, 2023The property is fine, with dedicated parking out front. There was good communications with the owner. The living area and kitchen are a little dated, but functional. Good instruction booklet to explain the operation of heater, water, etc. The bathroom is smaller but functional, the shower is tiny - not sure what you could do about that challenge. A couple of negatives - I’m a light sleeper and there is some road noise from the highway and the tv only allows viewing of pay subscriptions you are already subscribed to. Solid spot for a stay.
