Private, Quiet, Cottage Retreat 10 minutes to downtown Nashville

Property is nice, quiet, and clean. It was an excellent choice for my short trip to Nashville.

They could have a larger fridge and when we turned up the air conditioner in the front room it stunk like there may be a mouse nest in it. Other than that the house was very nice very quiet area.

This little cottage behind the owners' home was the perfect place to stay for Mom and I on a Labor Day weekend getaway. Close enough to everything we wanted to see and do in Nashville and a great price. The owners were very prompt in communications and it was a great stay.

I enjoyed the property but it was a bit dirty and had a lot of bugs, dead and alive. It would have been better with a stove, kitchen sink, larger fridge and more cable channels. I loved the privacy and the location. But overall it worked.

Very cute and clean. Everything was just as described. My only complaint would be is it kinda smelled “stale”. Other than that it was very clean & quiet. The bed was comfortable. There is no kitchen but does have a mini fridge, microwave and Keurig machine with coffee pods. It was in a nice little neighborhood and close to everything. I would stay again.

The cottage was very clean and quaint. It is very close to the airport but the A/C units drowned out the jet noise. It was a perfect location for us for this trip and there were flowers planted in the window boxes and it was just a great little spot.Highly recommend!!

The pictures a little deceiving not really private considering it is in the back of the other property and the driveway is all rocks and not a lot of area to let your animal out and the ac unit was extremely loud in the bedroom , there were a lot of dead bugs around when we checked in . communication with property owner was top notch the ammenities and property was just mediocre

This cute little cottage was perfect for our stay in Nashville. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Our host was great and accommodating.

Picture of cottage is no longer accurately depicted, linens were grungy and had holes in them. Ants were all over, coffee available to guests expired 2021. No kitchen sink, had to wash them in bathroom sink. Smelled musty. Good location and easy check in.

Great place for the price

I think overall it was a good stay. The heating/AC was a little tricky to manage, but we got it sorted.You will need to bring sheets if you want to use the pull-out sofa bed. We didn't think of that before we left home.

Worked great for just a couple of nights for our family while passing through Nashville.

Love the location! So easy to get to any part of Nashville. Worked out great for the dogs and we appreciated the pet friendly environment. The cottage is cute and very clean. The kitchen doesn't have a sink which is a little inconvenient but we did enjoy our stay. Dave is very friendly and a considerate host. A nice place to stop in Nashville.

Cute little cottage. Beds were comfortable and it was very clean. AC units were a bit loud but that’s to be expected and there was some noise from the airport. We were able to explore Nashville with just a short drive to most places, very convenient. Would stay again!

Wonderful bed!!! Plenty of pillows to choose from. Easy in & out. Very pet friendly for our small dog. Heaters worked well but were loud. Took uber to Broadway for 13.50 one way. Host is very responsive and friendly.

Great communication from host! Information was clear, no issues checking in. Great place to sleep at night for a short weekend trip to Nashville. Good value for the space and distance to Nashville (15 min from Broadway). The bed in the room is noisy (but ok comfort wise). The pull out bed isn’t great, but still giving 5 stars because everything else was good and as expected.

Nice place for a quick stay!

The only bed in the cottage was a little small and any time anyone moved the bed frame made so much noise. It was hard to fall asleep because it was so annoying.

The cottage was nice, it was10 minutes from the airport, but more like 20 minutes to downtown. The neighborhood is very quiet. The AC was nice and cold. :) The front door was tricky to lock, you needed to MAKE SURE that it was lined up properly! My first attempt, I was sure I locked the door, but was able to push it right open. Once I figured it out, I was good! It was perfect for a few nights. And the price was right! When you are downtown all day and night, you wish you would have stayed a little closer to Broadway. Parking in driveway is under a tree that must have a lot of little birds living in, because the car was covered in droppings. :-D

The rental was pretty much as pictured. What I did not understand is that the only sink is in the bathroom. There was no dishrags or dish towels provided, nor dish soap. This made washing our coffee cups, silverware and few bowls/plates less than ideal. I was disappointed that there was no fenced yard for dog. The rest of the amenities were clean and comfortable, location convenient to Briley Parkway.

The cottage was cute but unfortunately the cleaning staff used (according to owner) did not put all supplies in the cottage. No sheet or blanket for the pull out couch , only 2 washcloths were left and there was ants crawling on the table .

Just miles from downtown. Easy to get to. It is close to the airport so some noise from the planes.

This property is in a great location. If you have dogs, you’ll enjoy the park about two blocks away! It’s huge and has tons of space to walks/run around. There is only a small space for the dogs to potty at the property, but it’s to the right of the gate. Being that you are close by to the airport, you have easy access to the highway! You’re not far from downtown (20 min), there’s a Kroger and other shops/food options. The bed was very comfortable. The place was extremely clean.

Overall was a great stay. Curb appeal needed a little work as I felt like I was pulling into can down homes driveway. But the inside of the cottage itself was great. Everything you would need for a quick stay. I would have liked to have had sheets and anextra quilt for the pull out couch & the queen bed itself was not the most comfy. Great location near the park and airport. We enjoyed our stay.

Very nice neighborhood and cottage!

Everything was fine. The only thing is that the kitchen equipment is quite poor (only a microwave and a coffee machine), but that's a minor detail.

We had a lovely stay at this charming cottage—it truly had everything we needed for a peaceful and cozy getaway. The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and full of character. One of the biggest highlights for us was being able to bring our dogs. The outdoor space was perfect for them (and us!) to relax and enjoy the fresh air.There were just a couple of small things worth mentioning. The cottage doesn’t have a dedicated kitchen sink or water supply, so we had to use the bathroom sink for washing dishes, which was a bit tricky—especially since it’s located behind the bathroom door. Additionally, while we understand the importance of leaving the space tidy, we were a little surprised by the request to strip all the bedding at checkout, given the price point. It felt like a bit much.That said, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a peaceful, pet-friendly, and unique place to stay!

Great little place and would for sure stay there again. In a nice quiet neighborhood near the airport, but that didn’t bother us at all.

Great location for visiting with our son and his family for our grandson's birthday party. Only complaint was the queen bed was too hard in my opinion. But my adult son and teenage daughter slept good on the couch and loveseat in the living room.

Such a cute and comfortable stay. Super close to the airport and downtown Nash! Lyfts and uber were super cheap. We loved our time here!

This is a wonderful little cottage close to downtown but also to the Grand Old Opry. Well equipped. It was just the 2 of us and perfect. Not a full kitchen but has a microwave, refrigerator and coffeemaker. So good for heating something up or a simple breakfast. David was very responsive and helpful with our needs. Highly recommended

Enjoyed the cabin great location to all the sights. We really love that our pup was welcome at the cabin. Highly recommend the cabin if you want to escape the noise of the city.

It was clean and quiet, especially for being next to the airport. If we heard a plane it was more of a soft rumble, like thunder. This cottage is in the perfect position for people who still want to experience downtown, but don’t want to stay in the city. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Nashville.

Mostly as described. The pic is a bit outdated. It was very clean. Private in the sense that it's not a hotel but you do share driveway with front house and since you have no access to backyard the only place to be outside is in the front where other renters in main house can watch you, but better than a hotel. It is equipped with just a krueg coffee pot/ microwave and mini frig so no cooking. It worked for what we needed during this visit to Nashville. Location is very close to airport and convenient to get to downtown. Thank you

Really enjoyed our stay. We didn't need anything fancy. It was very reasonably priced, simple and easy and close to town. We would recommend the cabin to our friends and family.

We were in town for a conference in downtown Nashville. The cabin was perfect for my daughter and me, and we brought our dogs. We were close to downtown, took Ubers and was easy to find. Thank you so much!

The cottage was perfect and cozy, loved how close it was to a park for doggy to run and play and do close to Broadway for the experience of Nashville!

My boyfriend and I wanted a getaway weekend for the holiday and chose this cozy cottage. We had a dog w us, so the cottage being detached from the main house was perfect for when she would bark in our absence. It was a clean and spacious area. Our host communicated great and was very easy to work with!

We had a really great stay. 15 minute drive to the city and plenty of stores close by to get groceries or just quick last minute things. The airport is very close but it wasn’t as loud as you would think inside the house. There is a nice park about 30 steps away as well!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here with our little furbaby. The location is centrally close to everything whether you want Broadway or Opryland Hotel area. My only suggestion would be for the owner to use some sort of deodorizer since this is a pet friendly rental. It was rainy when we stayed which tends to bring out out a dog smell more.

We had a great stay in Nashville for our granddaughter’s wedding. The cottage was everything the listing said it would be be, comfortable, clean and quiet. I read something about the airport being nearby, but the planes did not bother us or keep us awake. We would definitely recommend this cute little cottage.
