Stayed Apr 17, 2026The Shanty was a perfect home away from home for our visit to Hermann. Great location, cozy yet spacious, super clean, and had everything we needed (including a blow dryer with diffuser which is a must for wavy/curly girls!). We loved it so much we’re hoping to come back again in the fall!

Stayed Mar 14, 2026We are frequent visitors to Hermann and this location did not disappoint. The decor was so cute and inviting, the kitchen was fully stocked with all you will need. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best for enjoying the outside area but it’s perfect for a couple or a group. You can get to downtown Hermann in just a short walk. Next time we will try to rent the property behind the house and invite some friends. Becky was very friendly and quick to respond with any questions we had.
