There are views of the lake from most of the rooms. The lower level is a walk-out with some steps down to the beach. Lake bottom is sandy. Located on a private road 10 minutes from downtown Traverse City. This house makes a great 2 family rental with a bunk room for the kids!

Shannon was an excellent and responsive host and the photos were accurate. I stayed with my family (5 adults, 3 kids) for 1 week. I would not recommend this home for many more people than that because of the 1.5 bath and would not recommend any one use the sofa beds.

This property is on a beautiful lake. The house is old but charming. Unfortunately the beds are horrible, the carpets dirty and the couches old and dirty. There is a new canoe to use and that’s it. Said it was professionally cleaned but there was a huge amount of hair left in the tub, no plug for the tub to give a small child a bath. Screen door ripped. Overly priced in our opinion.
