Stayed Sep 6, 2025The location is perfect for if you are wanting to go into pigeon Forge or if you forgot something and need to go into town. The overall cabin was clean and comfortable. We did have a little bit of a communication problem with the owners of the property about the hot tub not having electricity and it didn’t get fixed until the second night of our stay. We booked for two days. But overall was a pleasant experience and would recommend staying there.

Stayed Jul 4, 2025We paid too much for what was supposed to be an 7-night peaceful getaway, but the reality was very different. Right when we arrived, we found the hot tub was unusable due to a broken hinge—something that was never disclosed ahead of time. The listing also claims “creek access,” but that’s simply not true. The creek is blocked off with rocks, barbed wire, and a fence making it completely inaccessible and unable to see. What’s also misleading is the way the photos present the property. Nowhere in the images is it clear that this is a duplex. While the word is buried in the listing description, it becomes a major issue once you're there. The walls are so thin we could hear every word of our neighbors' conversations and were kept up most of the night. It was impossible to relax, let alone sleep.To make matters worse, we had a family emergency and had to leave after just two nights. When we contacted the host through VRBO, we received no response. I eventually called directly and was told there were no refunds, no exceptions before the call was abruptly ended.If you're looking for a peaceful and private getaway, this is not the place. Between the noise, broken amenities, misleading listing, and poor communication, I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience.

Stayed Dec 30, 2024Cabin was adorable, clean and comfortable! Came well stocked with towels, dishes and pans. Do pay attention to the driving instructions included on the check in email, especially when arriving at night for the first time. Google maps will take you to the wrong driveway, you need the next one down
