The spacious layout makes the most of its prime location, with interiors that have a modern, relaxed charm while offering all the space and comfort needed for family getaways.

The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is bathed in natural light, thanks to two sets of patio doors that frame the beach views. The kitchen, equipped with a large fridge-freezer and modern appliances, is perfect for whipping up family meals or preparing snacks for a day at the beach. The dining table seats six, while the comfortable living area includes a sofa, armchairs, and a flat-screen TV. There is also a shower room, and a utility area for added convenience, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach or managing the essentials during your stay. Upstairs, the first floor boasts two king-size bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and skylights that flood the rooms with light. For those needing a quiet moment to work or catch up on meetings while away, there's also a dedicated office space upstairs, offering privacy. A family bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, sink, and toilet completes the first floor.

The rear garden offers views of the dunes and direct access to Crigyll Beach off a sandy path. Whether you're building sandcastles, enjoying a coastal stroll, or unwinding on the terrace, this outdoor space is designed for families.

With parking for two cars on the driveway and a peaceful setting in the exclusive Porth Crigyll development, this property offers the blend of convenience and peace. Internet is a free amenity, however due to our unique location on Anglesey, we cannot always guarantee its performance or availability. We appreciate your understanding if this service becomes unavailable during your stay, as compensation cannot be offered.

Experience the thrill of aviation! During your stay, you might catch the occasional fighter jet display from RAF Valley, a beloved feature of Anglesey. Flights occur on weekdays during working hours. Although jets don't fly directly overhead, sounds can be heard more clearly with open doors or windows. It's part of the local charm and adds to the adventurous spirit of your visit.

The location of this house is perfect, with the beach, bar and restaurants on your doorstep. The house is large and quite comfortable with lovey views of the beach. It is quite tired on the outside, and could do with a few tweaks inside to make it more practical ie nowhere to dry hair / makeup easily near a mirror, however for 3 nights it was fine. We really enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in a marvellous location hidden in the dunes with really easy access to the beach. On arrival, we found the property rather chilly and the heating didn’t seem to be able to be adaptable and a number of things didn’t look like they’ve been cleaned or emptied, bedding and house cleanliness were excellent. It was a really comfortable property and we are very grateful we were able to stay. In the end, we thought it was really good value for money, a reasonable cost and lovely property.

You could not get nearer the beach unless you were on it. The property was well appointed in all aspects, and for two of us and a boxer dog was very spacious. We enjoy cooking and the property was well stocked with cooking tools, although a couple of Pyrex ovenware items would have been useful. I'm summary a very nice property which we would be happy to return to on the future.

Easy access to the beach and a quiet corner of Rhosneigr. Will think about booking again in the future.

We had problems with the electric blinds that wouldn’t close so staff had to come and tape them shut. Also the main shower outlet was blocked which meant water filled the bathroom which we had to mop. Once again maintenance resolved it but could have done without the stress. Couldn’t find the ironing board. Eventually found it in the garage. The property is nice and a in great location.

On the surface this is a nice property, well located for the beach and 5-10 minutes from shops and bars. Unfortunately , for our stay the level of housekeeping was below par with all glasses and utensils having to be cleaned before use, remnants of past guests left in a bedroom, a full bin , and a kitchen that smelt like a curry house , a smell that we couldn’t remove.

We stayed a few days over a long weekend and had a great time. The house and location is very dog friendly and great direct access to the beach. And it’s only a short walk into Rhosneigr. Which has nice eateries and coffee stops. So, I’d definitely recommend this property if it meets your needs in the area. Only minor grumble we’d have was over cleanliness with certain aspects of the property. I did mention by email at the time and also said no immediate response was required. But I’ve heard nothing back. There was sand on the floor in the hall and the living area. I appreciate its next to the beach so sand is inevitable but not when you first enter the property. Especially since the agents make a great todo about not being able to check in until 5pm (6 hours after the previous guests have had to check out) because their staff are busy cleaning the property. The capsule coffee maker was filthy as were the windows (inside and out). Which was a shame as the view would be greatly improved if the windows were cleaned regularly. As I say, nothing to make us want to immediately pack up and leave but mentioned more as feedback to the agency we rented through.

Beautiful location with views to the sea! Comfortable property with almost everything that you need! Curtains absolutely need changing in main bedroom and wardrobe situation needs sorting too! Both have been commented on in previous reviews but no action taken.

We needed to escape but wanted location, comfort and good food. We got exactly what we wanted here in Rhosneigr. The beach was ours and a stone’s throw from the property. The food was excellent at the Sandy Mount and the Oyster Catcher. Very dog friendly also.

The location was excellent and the cottage was the perfect base for exploring Rhosneigr and the surrounding area. There were a few minor issues which could easily be resolved, there was no salt and pepper in the kitchen not even a pot to put it in and there was a lack of glasses even for two people, we ended up buying some to leave there for future customers to use. There was no dvd player in the cottage when we checked with the agent they said there should be one but maybe it had broken and been removed, it was quickly resolved with one being delivered by a member of the maintenance team however it would only work on the tv in the upstairs bedroom so when we wanted to watch a film we had to bring the tv downstairs from the master bedroom. There was also a leak from the upstairs en-suite shower which wasn’t fixed whilst we were there even though it had been reported 2 days in to our stay. To sum it up wouldn’t definitely go back but a few minor improvements could make this a 5 star review

Absolutely perfect location. We have stayed here many times, due to the location, but the property cleanliness hugely lets it down.

House is situated in a lovely spot. Some updating needed. Hanging space, decent curtains etc. Caution booking and don't except too much. Dealt with customer service on the phone regarding some unexpected building work disruption. Phone call got me nowhere but followed with an email. This then provided us with a conclusion to our complaint.

Good points were location and responsiveness of AHL. Improvements would be more glasses, cups and cooking / serving dishes. The problems were the sewerage smell outside and the amount of building work (2 properties opposite and properties on way to the beach) noise and activity from 8 in the morning and the path to the beach was blocked off as diggers moved up and down.
