Stayed Apr 27, 2026Very well maintained home. It had everytbing we needed and more. The game room and workout room were great to have as option. Quiet area that is great for families. We would definitely come back to this home in the future.

Stayed Aug 2, 2025Little Spruce Cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well appointed. Plenty of room for a family of four. The beds were comfortable. The community pool and game room were a plus when traveling with teens. The community was quiet. We would stay here again!

Stayed Jul 12, 2025The house is nicely furnished with everything you need and the location is ideal for exploring all the beaches, Portland and beyond. We enjoyed the pool and the well-equipped fitness center. An unexpected surprise was proximity to the Eastern Trail for hiking and biking.

Stayed Sep 18, 2024The cottage is clean, and the kitchen is fully equipped. No really, it really is! We brought items from home...didn't need any of it! The cottage is ideally situated for access to Biddeford, Kennebunkport, and Wells. Portland is an easy 30 min drive away We really enjoyed the cottage privacy and views. With it being early Fall, we didn't use the pools, but we did use the Fitness Center. Well equipped and great for keeping those pounds in check with all the good food restaurants in the area. Little Spruce Cottage is our go to cottage should we head back to Maine to visit family.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The decor is beautiful. The house Is stocked with everything you need. Very nice and spacious. Love the location! Close and convenient to Ogunquit and Kennybunkport.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved our stay in your home—the setup in the cottage was great. The kids enjoyed the separate TV room and the bunk beds upstairs. Everything was well provided for in the kitchen. The location is wonderful. We will be back next year!
