Our cottage is at the beginning of Purple Road, one of the most desirable locations at Point Sebago for those looking to enjoy all that the resort has to offer! One minute walk to the beach, Tiki Bar, and various activities. Located across the street is the Sports Center with pickleball courts, tennis courts, shuffleboard, basketball, volleyball and horseshoes. Everything is easily walkable, but there is also parking in many places within the resort

Stayed Aug 16, 2025Our host was great from check in - check out. The Cottage was awesome! It was clean and well maintained. Our family of 4 had no issues with the cottage in any way. The bed rooms were well kept and clean. Bathrooms and kitchen are well kept. The Point Sebago resort kept our family entertained thoroughly throughout our stay. The beach is stone step away from the cottage and we never needed a golf cart to get anywhere. Purple rd is a great location. Our family did everything from hanging on the beach, fishing, trivia by the tiki bar, family shows, canoe races, boating, and activities in the evenings, to getting as many Point Sebago I won it tee shirts as possible. Our stay at Point Sebago was very memorable and the cottage was integral to our overall stay. We would come stay again in a heart beat! Thank you again so much for your hospitality!

Stayed Jul 19, 2025Perfect location at Sebago, spacious three bedroom, fit six adults comfortably. Owners were very easy to communicate with and checked in regularly to make sure everything was ok.

Stayed Jul 14, 2024The only thing that we didn't like was the small shower. The unit was clean and we LOVED the power recliners in the couch! The location to the beach was PERFECT!

Stayed Aug 26, 2023Our family of 6 and infant grand-daughter enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, so close to everything - beach, restaurant, general store! The sliding glass door made for a great separation when the baby needed to sleep, We really enjoyed the back patio and the large side yard with firepit. Would say that bunk beds better-suited to children vs adults and that listing should note that Washer/Dryer are outside. Other than that we had a great stay!! Thanks!!

Stayed Aug 19, 2023Wonderful family vacation! House was clean and well appointed with everything we needed to make for a very comfortable week. Ann even left all the makings for S’mores which was a very nice touch! Within walking distance to the lake and many of the amenities the resort offers. We will be back!

Stayed Jul 22, 2023My family had an amazing week at this property. The owner was so responsive and the property was even better than we expected. Great location in Point Sebago and more amenities than needed when you are supposed to be “camping”. This is MY type of camping. The cottage was clean and the layout was perfect for our family. The back deck was such a great place to relax after a long day at the beach. Counting the days until July 2024 when we will hopefully return to this same property!
