There is an open-plan living space with kitchen, living and dining area with woodburning stove. Heating is electric and the kitchen contains an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer and dishwasher. For entertainment, there are two TVs, a DVD player, HiFi sound system and WiFi. Fuel, power, starter pack, bed linen and towels are all included. Outside there is off-road parking and communal grounds and farmland with furniture, barbecue and an outdoor heated swimming pool. Town: The charming, thriving town of Bideford, which spans the Torridge estuary, is home to a mediaeval bridge, a town quay, a charming pannier market, and a bustling shopping district, all of which are well worth a visit. The South West coast route passes nearby on its way towards Cornwall, and for the more active, a number of top surfing beaches, golf courses, amusement parks, and other attractions are close by. By car, it takes 30 minutes to drive to the charming fishing village of Clovelly perched on a cliff, and it takes less than an hour to get to Exmoor and Dartmoor. It's easy to surf the waves, stroll through charming towns, hike the Tarka Trail, visit a renowned garden, or have fun at a nearby amusement park or farm.
