Pete's West Cottage steps from Duval

We loved Pete's! The location is perfect, and it is so clean and well kept. We really enjoyed the pool, and the beds were so comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!

IDEAL location just steps from Duvall St and everything it offers! Private backyard with lovely pool and lounge chairs. Our accommodations were clean and the kitchen was adequately equipped to prepare a meal. Would recommend this property to family and friends.

Spectacular time. Very new. Great pool. location is close to lots of good shopping and beaches of old town. It wasn’t obvious to me but window shades do open.

Great property, perfect location right off Duval Street. You can walk to anywhere you want to be from the property which is super convenient. Nice little space to relax, no wasted space and the pool was amazing. We happened to be lucky enough that nobody was staying next door so we had the whole pool to ourselves.

Perfect cottage for my family of four. Located on the Southernmost end of Duval. Great getaway and perfect location to walk everywhere. No need for a rental car and used Uber/Lyft when we had to be somewhere across town for reservations.

Walkable to everything, was prepped with everything we needed. Will stay here again.

This place was an absolute gem! Our party of four (two couples) had a fantastic stay. The pool provided a necessary place to cool down after busy mornings/afternoons of sightseeing. The location is awesome - right off of Duval, and surrounded by delicious eateries. La Grignote and Banana Cafe literally right outside the front door. We enjoyed staying here so much! 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent accommodations for two adults on a long weekend getaway. Next to noisy Duval St, but that makes all the attractions within easy walking distance. Management was very helpful and responsive!

The property was perfect for us. It had everything we needed and was close enough to everything. We even lucked out with parking!

Overall, a great cottage in a wonderful location. The pool is fantastic. A few small things- white pillow case with a nickel sized blood stain on it (gross), the pool area had a couple of cigarette butts in the rock area, the awful narrow metal stairs are missing a bar (dangerous) and are too narrow to bring your luggage upstairs. We had to sestch for wifi information. The list was put away over the refrigerator, inside the cupboard.

This place was perfect side for two couples. Super close to everything. Would definitely rent again!!!!

Nice place, close to everything, very accommodating & amenities were excellent. Very quiet but close to all the downtown activities.
