Pet-Friendly Youngstown Cottage w/ Yard

The home was very clean and holiday decorated. The property was very good for pet walking. Very private and situated in the woods.

Great house, excellent location. Decently quiet area. Only downsides: the refrigerator did not have work. The owner stopped by twice in a day. And a neighbor visited. Other than that it was a perfect getaway spot. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. Not fancy but very comfortable. The setting was wonderful.. quiet and very private.

I'll stay was quiet, it was confusing at first on how to get to the house, but once we made it it was okay, we had a few glitches but nothing major my only concern or shall I say issue was the refrigerator it needs to be updated and cleaned.

this property is absolutely amazing we brought our well manored cat and she would not stop purring right near the vrbo is a beautiful farmers market with delicious products we all loved the fact that we were close to food places and still got beautiful scenery a nice woodsy feel that makes you enjoy each second youre there the owner was working on yard work and would text me just in case we needed anything but still respected our space and was fun to talk to i truly cannot wait to rent from again HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We did not stay at the home. It was still being cleaned at 8:00pm at night and we were to check in at 3pm. The internet was not working well and the bedding was missing some blankets. There were also broken drawers and other things broken that we noticed.

The house has had several updates. The kitchen is not one of them. There was evidence of pest control and mice. Dont leave food out. The view in the morning is beautiful in a wooded area. Had a 2 night stay Dec 2023.

Minuses Poor response time and follow through of Guest Contact, Andrew - More than a day to respond to email about issues - 12 days between promise and delivery of new microwave - Stayed for 4 weeks, and fridge was never replaced as promised Refrigerator has a broken shelf and broken drawers Furnishings are old and in poor condition - Recliner footrest will not go back down properly - 2 kitchen chairs coming apart Not very clean Dryer is not vented to the outside Third bedroom had a futon instead of 2 twin beds. Guest Contact offered to make futon into bed and bring in cot. No window coverings in bedroom with full bed Vacuum makes a terrible smell and has no attachments No discount for stay of 3 weeks, extended to 4 weeks Pluses House feels secluded, surrounded by yard, trees, and forest. (However, driveway passes apartments before getting to the house.) We enjoyed seeing some wildlife – rabbits, chipmunks, birds, skunks, and a turkey with chicks Fairly good for someone with mobility issues, due to single floor layout and tile floors. There is one step to get onto the porch. There is an area rug in the living room. *BUT* the tub side is quite high. Good wifi Bathroom appears newly remodeled Separate faucet in kitchen with filtered water Nice silverware, glasses, and Corelle dishes When the toilet backed up, the handyman happened to be working nearby, so it got fixed in under 2 hours.
