Pet-friendly, located on Lake Monroe.

Beautiful cozy lake house, close to all the fun things in town. Equipped with the basic kitchen and bathroom needs. Wonderful fire pit. Hot tub was amazing! Definitely would book again.

Nice little house with a nice hot tub for a couples weekend getaway

The home was nice. Could use some more baking trays and a skillet but had nearly everything else and we could make what was there work out fine. It was fine for just the 2 of us. You really pay for the view, the decks and hot tub were delightful. We saw a bald eagle sore over midday while relaxing in the hot tub and was such a perfect spot.

Our stay was wonderful. There were no leaves on the trees so you could see the lake clearly. The hot tub was a highlight. The binder with check in/out information needed updating, there definitely wasn't a dishwasher and the instructions for the hot tub were missing. Also, there was now place to put out luggage or clothing. No closet to hang clothes, no luggage rack to put a suitcase. If both beds had been in use, we would have had to put our clothes on the floor (nasty, it's a hygiene thing).All said, we would go back. We enjoyed the quiet and remote area.

It was very nice place. It was comfortable. There ready was not a good path to go fishing. But it was a nice place.

Wonderful location. The loft cabin lake house was well supplied including pots and pans and I ended up overpacking after reading previous reviews. Charcoal grill was small but considering it’s not meant for a huge crowd anyways I was able to make a nice meal for family of 4. The hot tub was clean and worked well. The location was 15 minutes down a winding gravel road I was not aware of that. Very peaceful beautiful place to relax and not too far from small town shops.

An older property but pretty well kept. Plenty of kitchen supplies and towels. Beds were comfortable. Felt like we were the first ones there for the season. All decks needed swept off, had to tear through vines to find the trail down to the lake. Lake Monroe was too high, up into the trees to try and fish but we took a few nice walks, played several games and made a few trips into town. Additional notes were left on the checkout list.

Peaceful and the hot tub was perfect

We stayed at Lake House. The view is amazing! The home is well-maintained. Our entire stay was relaxing and peaceful.

Hidden gem! Peaceful and relaxing. Enjoyed the hot tub although felt could maybe used more chemicals.. ?? The cabin was cozy and comfortable. The kitchen could use a skillet. I'm glad we brought one as I read in another review one wasn't provided. The shower is TINY. I'm 5'6 and the shower head came up to my chest. Served it's purpose but I wasn't shaving my legs or washing my hair without difficulty. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book again.

This home was perfect for our short getaway. We walked the trail to the lake a few times a day to watch wildlife, enjoyed the hot tub and loved seeing so many stars at night!
