My husband and I SO enjoyed our recent, weekend stay with our infant son and two friends! The home was exceptionally clean, spacious and comfortably (& beautifully!) furnished. No matter what time of year you’re visiting, I would highly recommend taking advantage of the breathtaking front yard view for a sunrise or sunset photo op!
This place was large enough for 3 adults and 2 children. The beds were super comfy and the kids sleeping area was adorable. We had all the necessities needed. The yard was large enough for the kids to play and run off some energy. Only negative i found was the furniture placement in the living isnt set up to watch t.v. or movies. But that was only a minor inconvenience because there is so much to do and see in the area.
Quiet, private, convenient location in a spacious home and pretty outdoor spaces. Clean and comfortable with newer appliances and bathrooms. Would be nice for family with children. Water pressure in upstairs shower was very low, downstairs shower great. Fire pit is very nice. Coffee machine has both carafe pot and k-cup features. Host has some coffee, tea, sugar and creamer available for use. Also a bottle of wine for sale. Pantry has a few essentials. Kids bunk area has a little play tepee set beside it. There are a few games and books. Also a couple swings outside.
We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful farm house and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience! The cleanliness of the property was exceptional and I felt very welcomed by the friendly and accommodating hosts. The attention to detail was impressive as the farm house was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully-stocked kitchen to luxurious linens. The views from the farm house were truly relaxing- rolling hills, green pastures and fresh country air that left us feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. It was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Overall, I highly recommend this farm house to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, well-equipped and picturesque stay. I will definitely be returning and cannot wait to experience the tranquility of the countryside once again.
Highly recommend! The place was immaculately clean and well-furnished. The location was very peaceful and quiet, but still close enough to get to everything. If the internet and/or cell phone reception were better, I would love to come back for a remote work long-term stay! Overall, an excellent place to unplug and relax.
Very clean, well thought-out, peaceful property. Good place to unplug from the world.
Beautiful home
This house was perfect for our quick visit to see family. Clean and comfortable.
Everything from start to finish was as advertised. Well done to Vrbo and the home owner. Very easy to reserve, stay was excellent, comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you to all and we'll done.
We had a great stay at Breezy Oaks. The house was clean and well stocked. The kids loved taking baths in the large bath tub, and playing upstairs in the little game room. The beds were super comfortable and we loved the little electric fireplace. The house was decorated nicely for Halloween, and we enjoyed time outside sitting by the fire pit, as well as being around for the change of the leaves. The owner reached out at the beginning of our stay to let us know he was available if we needed anything, but honestly everything was great, so we didn't need to reach out. All in all a 5 star stay. We would definitely stay here again.
My wife and I had a lovely four day stay. Beautiful quiet location and lovely new home. We especially enkoyed the views the proximity to the park and quaint Culpepper and the open floor plan. We would absolutely stay here again
The property was just as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. We were able to get in contract with the Property Manager on the first try and he was very professional and helpful. Our dog loved the expansive yard to run and play. There is a mowed path you can walk at the back of the property. The location is far enough away from the hustle and bustle and close enough to Culpeper and Madison. If you like to go to wineries there are plenty around the area. We enjoyed our stay very much.
We had a a great time at in this spacious and clean home out in the country. Nice and quiet with great views.
This is a lovely house, comfortably furnished, quiet and peaceful with great views from and nice breezes on the porch and patio. Quick response by the owner. Good A/C which was especially appreciated after long hot days outside.
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home is just as it’s pictured. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The owner was quick to respond and very friendly. We were greeted with fresh flowers on the dining room table and on the island. The bedrooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The A/C worked great. We enjoyed the game room which had a foosball table that converted to a ping pong table, a pool table, and slide hockey. There was a dartboard, too. I loved the open concept of the living room, dining room and kitchen. We cooked a lot of meals at the house. The coffee bar had a dual drip and k-cup coffee maker. We enjoyed the outside as well. The rockers and loveseat on the front porch were were comfortable. The porch was larger than pictured. It was nice eating some meals outside on the patio. We used the fire pit one night. We also enjoyed the swings on the trees. The house is less than 10 miles from Culpeper, which has a lot of dining and shopping options. We were less than an hour from Charlottesville. They had internet, but it was too slow for streaming. They did have Dish tv. We would definitely stay here again!
Had a lovely stay at this home. We particularly enjoyed the front porch with a peaceful view. Large bedrooms, with plenty of room for infant to sleep with us in his Pack 'n Play.
