Pet-Friendly Cincinnati Retreat w/ Hot Tub

I’m a travel planner from NC. My husband, myself, and our two children came to Cincinnati for a mini vacation. We loved this property and the location. It was close to everything and offered a beautiful park in the neighborhood. We had a wonderful stay!

We stayed with another couple for a long weekend. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing time. We even cooked most of our meals. The house was in a nice neighborhood that was close to everything we wanted to do. One day we even took a short walk in the park just down from the house. Thanks so much for providing such a nice place. If we ever come to the area again we would definitely stay here.

The host was very accommodating. The place was clean, had all your cooking needs and the hot tub was amazing. A quiet and cozy getaway.

Stayed the weekend for a wedding. Very clean property. Relatively close to down town Cincinnati (15 minutes). Would definitely stay there again.

Clean home, accurate description, okay location, felt somewhat safe neighborhood, deck was moldy smelling, no washer/dryer/, older home-very creaky floors. Horrible or complete lack of communication from host and place was pricey.

The place was super cute. One bathroom upstairs so just be aware of that but we had a great time. The hot tub was lovely too.

It's an extremely nice property. Everything about it was enjoyable. You can tell it's an older home, but so much work has been put into updating it and making it very modern. The bedrooms are very lalarge, bathroom space was nice as well.

Super clean, plenty of kitchen supplies, close to a park and all the amenities. We had a great time!

My friends and I booked a trip to Cincinnati on the wrong weekend because we ended up getting 7inches of snow and freezing weather. The host was very gracious.

Accurate description. Property was clean and well supplied with everything needed. Our family enjoyed the hot tub after a trip skiiing and tubing at Perfect North. Would definitely recommend.

Well appointed property located in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful walk in shower. Linens and bed were super comfortable and clean. All utensils for making a meal were at our disposal. Would stay again.

We were initially a little nervous after booking to find out the rental was a company. The Evolve website was easy to navigate and edit our stay as needed! The neighborhood was a safe and quiet section of the city and the host thought of all the accommodations to make the stay relaxing! Anything we forgot was stored easily accessible. Would recommend this stay to our family and friends!

The house was clean and nice, obviously it had been updated/remodeled at some point. Some of the outlets in the bedrooms upstairs did not work very well as the electric had been redone at some point, but the things needed toggled at times to actually turn on in the socket. Only two bath towels were left out for us to use the whole week and there was no available laundry to wash them and reuse clean towels. As a note to the property owner there must be a wasp nest near the upstairs bathroom window as some wasps were getting into the house, even with the window closed. You may want to investigate this. We killed 3 wasps the week we stayed there. Otherwise overall it was a nice place, convenient to get around town, the neighbors seem friendly, I would consider staying there again.
