The hosts were excellent communicators and incredibly helpful. When some unexpected circumstances came up on our end and we needed to change dates, they were very understanding and flexible, making the whole process easy and stress-free.

Clean rooms Excellent host

Carl was a great host, his dog was very friendly and the cottage was immaculate. We could not have asked for more.

The property was very good but I don't think we should have had to pay the extra 300 as we only had 4 adults and 4 children, two under 5, who shared parents bed. The online rated us as 7 adults and charged accordingly. Owners very friendly and helpful. Norma

The host Carl was terrific; we didn't arrive until late at night as our car had broken down. His wife offered to make us food which we declined but a lovely thought. Our thanks once again. Great people.

Centrally located, a short stroll to the pub and general store. Nice facilities and a personal welcome when we arrived. He even threw in a drying rack for our soaked riding gear. Couldn't seem to locate a kettle?

We had a great stay during our motorcycle trip. The property is two minutes walk to the pub and general store and right on the Jamieson river. The rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are comfy. Donna and Carl are great hosts and the corgies where great fun. We would definitely stay there again.

Carl and his wife were such helpful and friendly hosts. The accommodation was perfectly located in Jamieson, walking distance to everything. It was a wonderful location for us to stay for our son's wedding at the Jamieson Brewery. I can't recommend this accommodation highly enough.

Our hosts were very accomodating of our extremely late check in time, and we found the property very clean and comfortable. They even offered to help fix a damaged car in our convoy.

Great location, close to the town plus close to the river

My son his partner and my grandson were in Jamieson for one week. We decided to go up for one day to see them and stayed overnight.

Spacious, cleanly little cottage close to the Jamieson river. Perfect for a few nights away.

We were travelling to the region to visit friends. Iris Cottage was spacious, immaculately clean and well equipped for our getaway. We were very late arriving and our hosts checked in on us as the countryside is beautiful but a touch tricky to navigate at night. It was a thoughtful and much appreciated touch of personalisation for our visit.

A lovely clean comfortable place to stay 😊 And best of all, our family dog was very welcome too. We will definitely be back 😊

Amazing location, very convenient with great access to Jamieson and surrounds. The Host was very helpful and ensured that we were all okay once we had arrived and settled in.

Carl and Donna were very nice and friendly. The cottage was clean and cozy. Kids loved the stay! Would highly recommend !

No heater in the bed rooms. It was horrible to stay without heaters in temperature around 8c.
