Stayed Sep 6, 2025This is the perfect location. Very quiet but close to restaurants and shops. And lots of boat traffic and birds to observe. A deck facing the lake that you never want to leave.

Stayed Aug 17, 2025The home was very neat and clean. Even the outside everywhere was clean. The cottage rooms were actually larger than they appeared in the photos. Absolutely loved the sunroom. We worked on puzzles on the one rainy day. One suggestion would be to add lighting by the table in the sunroom. Once it got dark, we didn’t have enough light to work on the puzzles. The view of the lake/sunsets was stunning. The deck was nice and large – part shady, part sunny. The location was perfect – it’s on a quiet street, but restaurants and shops are only a 10-15 minute drive. Everything was perfect, however, if I had to make a negative comment about anything, I would have to say there were quite a bit of spiders on the deck furniture. I know that’s nature and that you can’t control nature. Just giving a heads-up to future guests. We used a broom to clean off the spiders and webs every time we planned to sit on the furniture, especially in the morning. We brought a couple of spiders back to the States with us because they were hiding in my side mirrors. LOL! The cottage was perfect for a vacation!

Stayed Jul 5, 2025This was our 5th year at the cottage. Our previous stay was in 2022, and we were hoping nothing would change as we booked it again for this year. Happily nothing has! The cottage is just perfect as is: cozy, inviting, comfortable, and oh so peaceful! We hope to return soon.

Stayed May 11, 2025This is my second time at this house. The house is beautiful and clean, everything you need is there. The view is spectacular, especially at sunset. Parks and beaches within biking or walking distance. A lot of nice local restaurants.

Stayed May 4, 2025Lack of wash cloth ( there was only one ) and we were 6 and almost no dish cloth . We had to buy some at Walmart !

Stayed Sep 7, 2024Can’t imagine a nicer place to stay. Beautiful decor, lots of windows overlooking the lake, a deck that was hard to leave and a sunroom that was perfect. Quiet both day and night, you would never know you were in a town.

Stayed Aug 29, 2024Our family had a lovely, relaxing time here. Check-in was easy, and communication with host was very good. Everything was clean and comfortable!! The view from the back deck is beautiful, watching sunsets and storms across the lake. We had a great time in Point Pelee as well using the family park pass
