Unique luxury one-bedroom guesthouses on the Pedernales River in Johnson City. Spectacular views. Perfect for a memorable getaway to the Texas Hill Country and wine trail. Each house is ~650 sq. ft., with king bed, modern bathroom, a living room/fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor patio. The house is ideal for two people, but we will provide airbeds to sleep up to two more. Two couples would be most comfortable renting both houses.. The house is fantastic, very modern and clean, remote but not far from town and attractions. Very peaceful and inviting. Every detail is well thought out. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and would love to return soon!

Breathtaking view, impeccably clean, open spaces inside masterfully decorated in hip current contemporary decor, every possible amenity imaginable plus more to assure our total comfort, from assorted snacks, drinks, electric fireplace, heated toilet seat-bidet, ..just totally incredible. All glass front facing Pedernales and miles of acres welcomed the dawn and 'brought the outside in' as far as views of the vistas. Hosts were always responsive and addressed any questions. This place is so unique, it's hard to describe. It offers a true respite from 'city busy crazy life' : silence and tranquil peace amid the grandeur of the many acres in view except at night when the crickets' hum and bullfrogs' songs are hypnotizing. We appreciate the reasonable fee and totally hope to return.
