Stayed Aug 9, 2025Beth’s place is simply breathtaking! The home is clean, bright, beautifully decorated and filled with light. The deck became the best part of our days - from sunrises, coffee and lobster boats in the morning to grilling, ospreys, bats and sailboats in the evening. The location is central to many activities. We were beyond blessed to be there and already long to return.

Stayed Jul 19, 2025Setting was lovely, views were to die for, the renovated portion of the house (living/dining area) was great. Bedrooms and bathrooms are a bit rustic and obviously awaiting renovation. We were very comfortable there and enjoyed a great time.

Stayed Jul 20, 2024Views! Views! We have stayed in Boothbay Harbor before but East Boothbay is just the right combination of quite, beauty and access. Beth's place has wonderful views of Casco Bay and the Damariscotta River. The lobster boats in the morning and the light off the water at night were amazing. We had a Bald Eagle hunting up and down the river flying right below the house over the water. Cant beat it. Thanks for the stay.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024We recently returned for our second stay at B’s Cottage, and it was just as fantastic as the first time! Every aspect of our stay was perfect. The location is convenient, an easy drive to explore all of Boothbay. We loved the paddleboarding opportunities right from the shared cove at the property, and at nearby Ocean Point. Many restaurants and lobster shacks are close by, offering a great variety of delicious meals when we didn’t cook for ourselves in the well-appointed kitchen. Beth is a great host and communicates well. We highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway in Maine.
