This was a 3rd time staying in this charming home. It is such a beautiful, peaceful place to relax and recharge. Seattle is a vibrant city but this place has so much to offer it’s hard to leave it when you’re there. The view is exceptional, it’s a short walk to the beach, it’s a 5 min drive from a few nice restaurants and the brownies and wine awaiting us upon check in are the icing on the cake!!

It was wonderful. The hosts were very helpful when we ran into a little plumbing issue. They were so accommodating and gracious.

This cottage is incredibly serene and clean. It was close to where I needed to be, and was a lovely place to return to after a day’s adventures.

Exceeded our expectations in every way. Even the weather cooperated. Had originally planned on going out for dinner on our first night but on arrival, we just couldn’t leave! The fully equipped kitchen made dinner prep a breeze and we were able to enjoy an evening on the patio enjoying the spectacular views.

A well equipped comfortable home with amazing views, beautiful sunsets …. The whole house was immaculate. the kitchen was equipped with everything a cook would need. While we brought our own, The owners are very kind in providing extra everything for a nice cup of coffee, tea… and the hospitality of a hotel with nice towels, bathrobes and shampoo dispensers. While i think the stairs to the downstairs bedroom are difficult for older people, my 80 friend proved me wrong and never used the outdoor access to that area. The outdoor area is huge with beautiful gardens and designed/sitting areas to enjoy its beauty and great views. Overall it was a great friends getaway place. Hope to have the opportunity to come back.

We came here for a summer concert in the city, great location, close enough to the city to take it vantage of all the things there. Beautiful home and property, meticulously maintained. Everything you would want in a vacation rental was there, in the right place and easy to find. Maybe the best vacation rental I've stayed at in 20 years.

Our family has never had the pleasure of staying in such a beautiful place - We didn’t want to leave! This gorgeous cottage served as our stay while we visited Washington’s 3 national parks and we got as much enjoyment out of our time here as we did in the parks!

Had an amazing experience at the cottage. Steve and Deb were amazing hosts and ensured we had plenty of amenities to keep us entertained and relaxed. The property has phenomenal views and the landscaping was excellent. The price for the value was spot on and I can’t wait to book again next time I’m in Washington.

This was one of the best VRBO properties I have ever rented; and I have used VRBO exclusively for over 15 years. Location was excellent, cottage is lovely, communication with owners... wonderful! The view and outdoor space couldn't be beat. Beds and furniture are all very comfortable. The home was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Cookware is all in excellent condition. I will definitely stay here again, when visiting family in Tacoma. Highly recommended.

Dash Point Cottage is removed from the city, up on the bluff, in a panoramic setting, yet only minutes from restaurants and shops. It is magical in the serenity of watching the water and sky from inside with the great span of windows, or outside from the expansive property and seating areas. One day it rained for awhile, and we delighted in turning on the gas log fireplace, even in late May it was so cozy! We have never stayed in a VRBO that was so well equipped, especially the kitchen, with the array of utensils, gadgets, bags and wrap and lidded containers for grocery items, and so much more! They even have a gel pack in the freezer if needed, and I used it when I was going to make a bag of ice for my knee. Our stay was incredible, and now it's your turn!

We absolutely LOVED the yard! You obviously put a lot of time and effort into the designing and maintaining of each space. It was gorgeous! The inside of the home was thoughtfully and lovingly decorated as well. Thanks for sharing about the history of the house and the original owners. Kudos to the family for all the improvements they’ve done to the home and property over the years. We enjoyed our stay immensely; especially the views through the large picture windows, and sitting outside watching the sun set in the evenings.

The grounds and views from this place were breathtaking. So beautiful!! We had a small family wedding there and it was absolutely gorgeous. Couldn’t have been any better. The cottage is very cute and comfy. We had 6 adults stay there and it was a perfect size. One of the best Vrbo’s we’ve stayed in. They were equipped with absolutely everything you’d ever need. They even provided chairs for the wedding. Wonderful hosts!!

Stayed there for a family trip to see family we havent seen in 10 years and this place was PERFECT! It is conveniently located to visit family that live north and south of seattle. Able to just relax and take in the view of Puget Sound was such an amazing benefit during a busy week of visiting famoly and seeing the typical tourist sites. We can not wait to visit again & book this home

Quick travel and get away with family. The house was just as discribed plus more. Everyone fit comfortably and the yard was wonderful. Very kid friendly and will look forward to another stay in the neat fiture.

This house was perfect!! The owners stocked the house with everything you may possibly need. The property was even nicer than expected with amazing views from most of the rooms. We can not wait to return for a longer stay!!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property and like last year it was excellent. The cottage is so cozy and warm and the hosts are friendly and kind. We will be staying here every time we come up if it is available. We love it!

This is our second time coming here for our annual quilt retreat and we love it! It’s a beautiful place with very nice accommodations and all the extra little touches.

My hus band and I, sister, and 2 aunts spent the weekend here recently. We absolutely loved the gorgeous grounds and the house was perfect for our needs. The host was very helpful and friendly. The house was very clean and just right for a family reunion and special meal together. Do pay attention to the steep stairway, as well as the lower ceiling below. Us 6' folk had to pay attention to our foreheads while downstairs. We look forward to a return visit, so we can enjoy the lovely gardens in the summer!

Beautiful property and welcoming host! The views and atmosphere of the cottage were amazing and it was a lifetime memory to watch the ships! Appreciated that the host left a schedule when the ships passed and a welcome book with information.

This cabin was great for our family of 4. Everything was fully stocked, maybe even more so than even at our own house. The views were amazing and the outside gardens you could spend hours enjoying. I would absolutely stay here again.

What a beautiful, cozy place to stay! The view is amazing and there are lots of places to relax and take it in. There are lots of activities at the property which made it easy to just hang out and enjoy ourselves.

Such a beautiful property. Incredibly well stocked and comfortable and the ocean views are stunning. I had a knee injury so was unable to go sightseeing but just sitting outside watching the boats and enjoying the gardens was a vacation. Having location coordinates listed would be really helpful. We arrived in the dark and without Natalie’s talking us through the drive, we would never have found it. Would definitely stay here again and again.

A cozy cottage that will surely exceed your expectations! Morning coffee on the front porch, and brunch looking out over the sea. I wanted to cancel my other engagements and just snuggle right in. The hosts are delightful people who manage to be helpful without being intrusive? I felt that the details were very thoughtfully put together.

This was a great place for us to spend 3 nights while visiting the area. My group wanted to get back early each day to hang out and take in the view. It’s an older home but very well kept and had everything we needed and more. They also left us a bottle of wine and brownies that we devoured. Would definitely go back. The only downside was the WiFi. I just used my phone hotspot to do what little work I needed.

It was awesome place to stay, beautiful property, and very relaxing place to come home to after active days visiting North Cascade and Mount Rainier.

Overall we had a wonderful stay. Hosts welcomed us with bottle of wine, brownies and historical tour of the property. Weather was beautiful and black berries in season. We had the most relaxing beautiful vacation on this property. The landscaping is exquisite! The views are amazing! We had a family get together outside on the lawn with games etc. It is the most comfortable beautiful property, close to shopping and the waterfront. We will hopefully be back next year! This property won't disappoint!

Our stay at the Peaceful Dash Point Cottage was nothing short of magical. The panoramic water and mountain views were breathtaking and provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The cottage was cozy, well-equipped, and offered all the comforts of home. The outdoor landscaping is beautiful and the cute bird feeders added an extra touch of charm. We especially loved sitting in the living room, enjoying the serene surroundings, and watching the sunset over the mountains. The homemade brownies were delicious and the bottle of wine was such a surprise. I throughly enjoyed looking through the recipe cards and even snapped some pictures to try some of them when I get home. The story of the home and the pictures made everything even more special. Thank you for creating such a wonderful retreat. We look forward to returning soon!

We absolutely loved our stay, the property, and property owners! Beautifully kept property with many activities to keep our young adults occupied, lots of outdoor and indoor seating, best place to destress as the grounds and Puget Sound are wonderful!!
