Stayed Jul 6, 2025We stayed here because we were travelling for surgery at Mayo, only 10 mins away. The host was friendly but still gave us our privacy. The Casita kitchen was well stocked, with staples like cooking oil, condiments, herbs, and even a few thoughtful treats in the fridge. The common tools you'd want in a home kitchen were stored in a sensible place easy to find. The Casita itself was Beautifully decorated and comfortable, and the backyard was full of desert wildlife, including a mischievous yet charming pack of quail who kept coming up to our window. Also saw rabbits and lizards. The pigeons would sing to us in the mornings. Pool was clean and shaded so we stayed cool even in the Arizona summer heat. Since the small kitchen was so well stocked, we were able to eat in most of the time, though since the host provided a nice list of local food, we didn't want to and enjoyed the local faire haha. We couldn't be happier with our stay. Was so nice to come home after our stay at the hospital, made our medical visit feel a lot more like a vacation.

Stayed May 25, 2025This quiet little casita was perfect for our Mother/Daughter trip. The yard and pool are so beautiful and quiet. It was easy to forget we were so close to all the city had to offer. I can't think of anything they could have provided us with that they hadn't already thought of...itwas perfect!

Stayed Apr 9, 2025Loved our time at the casita. Steve and Nancy were lovely hosts. The pool is not heated but the hot tub was great and with 90 degree heat, the pool, while chilly, was still a fun respite from the heat. Proximity to a grocery and drugstore were handy and the kitchen had everything we needed.

They respected our privacy and yet, made themselves available whenever we needed anything. Our time at the Casita was fantastic!

Stayed Aug 1, 2024Great little “casita” getaway place. Private -even the open backyard felt private. Excellent, open, honest and welcoming communication from the owners. Everything is very clean and inviting. It was probably the best stay on our 11 day trip. Would go there again in a heartbeat .
