Annette and Dino made our vacation at their property so special. Definitely will go again. A true paradise in Paradise, MI.
My husband, his cousins, and I stayed here to see the area and to escape from the Texas heat. The cabin was beautiful and surrounded by evergreen woods. Our hosts made us feel welcome, and the cottage was immaculate. We had an awesome time checking out the Falls, seeing the Shipwreck Museum, and enjoyed sitting out under the stars. My only regret is that we had not booked it for a longer time.
We stayed at this cabin as part of our vacation in the Michigan upper peninsula, and my only regret is that I didn't book a longer stay. The house had plenty of room for us, and the woods surrounding the house were peaceful and smelled like Christmas. We enjoyed burning a fire in June, visiting the Shipwreck Museum, and the Falls during our stay.
The location was remote, yet very close to town. Dino our caretaker was amazing, it was like being welcomed like old family members.
We came for a short fall visit mostly to enjoy the outdoors at Whitefish Point, Tahquamenon, and around Whitefish Bay. This cabin was perfect for us - roomy, quiet, well equipped for cooking and relaxing, and Dino made us feel welcome and well cared for. Great to be both close to town and off on our own, and we enjoyed watching the resident Pileated Woodpeckers working on building next year's home.
We had amazing communication with the owners as soon as we booked. The cabin was well stocked and very clean. We were there to ride UTVs and we could ride to the trails from the cabin.
The property was perfect to use as my home base for the week of exploring in the UP. Would definitely recommend to others.
We had a nice visit midweek. The house was very comfortable and nearby to the attractions in the area. Good response from the caretaker on any questions.
Fantastic cabin, great communication from hosts, and excellent location. Lots of beds and they were all comfortable. We would definitely stay again!
