it is a great little cottage and a quiet neighborhood where you can actually see nature and not too far from really good restaurants. The cottage had all amenities needed for relaxed and wonderful trip. I have stayed at the owners other colleges, and they does a great job with communication.
We had a great experience at this 1930's cottage! We were in the area for the FSU vs UF game. It was a straight shot down 441 to the stadium. We also ate at The Depot that was located [practically] across the street. The property manager was awesome and responded quickly as well as gave us a little extra time in the am to check out. I highly recommend this property.
