Pacific Beach Cottage w/ backyard & parking

We had a wonderful stay in Stephany’s cottage. The place was clean, cozy, and walkable to the beach and dining. We enjoyed the bikes and the back patio area. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

What a gem of a place, cannot say enough about it! Stocked with everything you could possibly need! Even beach chairs, umbrella, etc! Walk to beach, walk to amazing local cafes, grocery store! Very safe area, clean, well appointed!

The property is attactive and, for the most part, well maintained. The private parking is a real plus. Its location is convenient for both the beach and other attractions.

The location of this place is excellent, two blocks from the beach and within walking distance of coffee joints, restaurants, a convenience store and other amenities. The neighborhood is tranquil and quiet and I slept soundly and comfortably in the spacious bed. Loved the off street parking space. Lovely outdoor patio felt private. Would stay here again.

Good location and accommodations for two with a small dog. Well supplied and parking is a bonus.

We enjoyed our one week stay at the cottage. It was as pictured, clean and comfortable. The location was excellent - a short walk to the beach and numerous restaurants. Having a dedicated parking spot was a big plus as street parking is at a premium in the area. Stephany was great to deal with - we had a couple of issues over the weekend and she responded right away.

We spent a week at this cute cottage. It was quiet and perfectly located for all of our La Jolla and San Diego adventures. Stephanie was super responsive and helpful!

Every thing you need for a great stay. Restaurants, bars, grocery stores are all within walking distance. Pacific Beach is an easy walk as well. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time staying at this place. It was perfect for us and our daughter. The kitchen was very spacious and had all we could ask for!

Great location. The French Gourment bakery & restaurant down the street was amazing. Beach 10min walk. Quiet and safe to walk around the neighborhood. The house parking was tight but worked and it's extremely important as finding a parking spot can be adventurous (seems to be San Diego parking culture).The house had everything we needed for home cooked meals and the backyard was relaxing and well kept up. Inside was comfy, clean and well kept up.

Clean, cozy cottage. Own parking space. Comfy neighborhood. Well appointed kitchen. Bed not a king. Sweet private patio space. Near beach.

The place is super cute and great for a couple. We love the Fishery and kept going back there which is a two minute walk away. We had a rental car and had our own space behind the fence. Bikes are nice to have but we had an issue with one bike tire and it needed to be worked on. It was fixed next day but would have liked to cruise around more on bike. Glad we had rental car and we enjoyed going to La Jolla and Oceanside as well.We will come back!

The rental was clean and comfortable, close to beach, shops and restaurants. We parked our car at the start of our stay and didn't drive again until we left. The private parking area is an extra bonus. There is also a great backyard area for eating and just hanging out.

We loved staying at the PB Cottage. It’s a standalone unit with secure parking and a nice back patio space. The inside is perfect for a couple has everything you need for a long or short term stay. Easy walking access to the beach and lots of coffee and eating spots within a 5-10 min walk. Would highly recommend staying at Stephany’s place!

The place was perfect! So cute and comfy. Had everything you need to be comfortable. I felt very safe and tucked in. Loved the outdoor space. My own parking. Walking distance to everything I needed. I hope to stay there every time I go to SD. I would give it over 10 stars if I could.

We have stayed here numerous times, so that alone should speak volumes. We love the proximity to the beach and restaurants. The house has everything you need and the outside space is a bonus. We will be back!!

Wonderful hosts! Stephany was a great communicator and very accommodating. The rental was clean and comfortable with a nice outdoor patio for morning coffee and dinner in the evening. Location couldn't be beat! Delicious tacos and coffee near by, walking distance to the beach. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while in San Diego. Thank you!

This was our second stay at Opal. It is a really great spot and we really enjoyed our stay! The house had everything we needed! Bed was more firm than we remembered. Didn’t sleep great this trip. We do recall there being lots of standing fans last time but this time only a space heater. Luckily the house was very cool and we only used the ceiling fans. Brita in the fridge was nice to have. There’s a drip coffee maker and a pod which is nice. Loved being able to stream movies at night. Warning, if you bring a dog ours could fit between the gate and house so if she wanted to she could run out into the alley way.
