Cutchogue, New York
Pace's Place is a 500 sq. ft. cottage located in Cutchogue, in the middle of wine country on the North Fork of Long Island. The cottage was recently renovated and has two bathrooms and one bathroom. The main living space has a vaulted ceiling and is open to the kitchen. Antique shops, art galleries, breweries, local farm stands, restaurants and vineyards are just some of the places you can visit here on the North Fork and if you enjoy the outdoors there is boating, biking, golfing and many trails from Riverhead to Orient for you to hike. Pace's Place is also conveniently located between both bodies of water so you can catch the sunrise over the bay and watch as the sunsets over the sound or the farm field located behind the cottage.
Easy to find and very private. Great location to visit vineyards in the area that we love and belong to.
Charming little cottage. Very centrally located along the wine trail with easy access to the main road. Clean and comfortable.
The check in/check out process was extremely easy, and the home had everything we needed! It was extremely close to wineries, the beach and the ferry. Looking forward to staying again soon!
This house was the cutest little house ever! We had the most amazing girls weekend. You are surrounded by so many amazing wineries and Greenport isn’t far at all for great food and bars. The house is definitely on the small size but she utilizes the space perfectly and is decorated beautifully. The view of the farm land is beautiful! You do have another tiny house right next to you and there’s a bigger house in the front but no one ever bothered us or anything. The one thing that was a little bit of a bummer but not a deal breaker was the location of the dumpster. We had beautiful big windows looking at the land but right in the middle of the view was the dumpster and it was overflowing all weekend with diaper boxes and an old tv and trash so it killed the view a little. We would definitely rent again and really enjoyed our time!
House is well equipped and decorated nicely. Host was excellent, especially very quick responses when we had questions.
Just lovely. Very well appointed. Design is beautiful and functional. Super convenient area. Easy, effective communication
My husband, my twenty year old daughter, and I stayed here for the weekend (two nights). The house is exactly as described. Very small, tidy, very efficient use of space. Beautiful kitchen. The second bedroom is only big enough for the bed that’s in it (!) but my daughter said the bed was very comfortable. We were in town for a large family gathering in Southold so this (very) little house was in a great location. There is another similarly sized house right smack next to the house we were in so house blinds were immediately brought down on arrival but we had no problem in terms of privacy, etc. The owner communicated well via vrbo - we had no issues. And … the weather was great, too. Fun weekend.
This property was a perfect little place to have as a home base while me visited the different attractions of the North Fork. The decor was very cute and everything seemed extremely clean! Definitely would stay again!
Cute and clean cottage perfect for a weekend.
As others have reported, this property is in fantastic shape and very clean. Served as a great home base for my family of three as we adventured around the North Fork. The host is very easy to work with. In addition, my son left behind his retainer and the host found it and dropped it in the mail. Recommend this property.
Flawlessly appointed tiny house right in the middle of the North Fork's wine country.
Got a taste of tiny home living… cute little house perfect for 1 or 2 people… outdoor property pictures were taken from some creative angles… didn’t realize there was another tiny house right next to this one and both were located just to the side of a main residence structure.
