Stayed Jul 26, 2024We spent a long (three-night) weekend in Chincoteague, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Christine is a fabulous host, and the house is in a great location, very convenient to both downtown Chincoteague, the wildlife refuge, and Curtis Merritt Harbor (where many of the tour boats are located). Both the lower level screened porch and the upper level un-screened deck are great places to relax in the morning or evening - you can watch birds flying around the marsh, and the front garden is a pollinator haven! Christine provides great instructions and basic info about Chincoteague, and is quick to respond to questions.
