Nestled in an 8,000 m² garden filled with ancient oaks, pines, and fruit trees, Owi is an idyllic retreat for up to 8 guests. This detached holiday home lies at the edge of a forest, offering privacy, tranquility, and a natural setting, while being ideally located for exploring the Dordogne, Quercy, and surrounding villages.

With 250 m² of living space plus 50 m² of covered terraces, the house offers generous accommodations on two floors. It features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, three toilets, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, and a wood-burning fireplace. Three terraces (east, south, and west) allow for relaxation at any time of day, and the covered south terrace includes an outdoor fireplace for cozy evenings.

Accessibility: The ground floor and terraces are fully accessible without steps. Doorways are at least 80 cm wide, showers are wheelchair accessible, sinks are under-counter, and toilets are designed for accessibility. Assistive devices such as a shower wheelchair, small shower stool, and grab bars are available on-site.
