Our Lake is Back! Tranquil at any time, but close to the Action.

I chose this location because it was right on the water and we had a race in New Braunfels. The house was perfect, gorgeous view from the water, all the amenities, and access directly to the water. Additionally the owner John was very responsive to all of my questions and made sure we were taken care of. The only problem I had was the one night where a boat dropped anchor near the house and was blaring its music from 1-2am. It was disrupting but eventually the party goers left. This incident might be isolated and does not reflect on the owner or the stay. I only mention this so you go in knowing what may happen. The owner is such a wonderful person and I don’t want anything to reflect poorly on him. I still recommend this rental and enjoyed my overall stay.

For those who enjoy grilling and great outdoor spaces.

The stay was perfect for our family. It was clean, had everything we needed to be able to cook, great location and we enjoyed being on the river. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was older but nice and small but roomy. Beds were comfortable and kitchen adequate. We loved the boat dock deck and spent most of our time out there. It’s lovely to be able to watch the birds and soak in time peacefulness of the lake! Our only complaint was the hot water in the bathroom. There wasn’t enough for a bath and not enough for 2 warm showers. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

When I say this property took me back to my childhood. I don’t mean as in old this house has beautiful hardwood floors and plates from when I used to visit my grandma. It is so peaceful an quaint. This house was exactly what we needed. The deck and boat ramp were nice. We will definitely come back! Host was great and would respond in a timely manner.

Beautiful home! Peaceful location in a quiet neighborhood. Outdoor area was perfect for fishing and birdwatching. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. House was so clean and comfortable and perfect for our week long vacation. Host was always quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again. It was fantastic!

The house was clean and simple, not to many fancy amenities but it works well for short trips if you don’t want to stay in a hotel.

This house was very cute the host left great instructions all throughout the home. The best thing about this home is it was the cleanest home we have ever rented. Loved it and next time we are back down in the area we will definitely be using. this host again.

This property was an ideal spot for 2 college friends that wanted to celebrate our 50th birthday's in a chill location. House was perfect size and the water access was just what we wanted.

My family and I stayed 7 days at this wonderful lake house. We had a wonderful time and will be back on the next vacation.

We had a great time! We stayed over 4th of July weekend so there was bad weather. I spoke with John multiple times throughout the weekend and he was very helpful and always available.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was great and it was only a short drive to restaurants and Gruene. We spent a day in Gruene Tx enjoying all the shops, the fabulous food at the Grustmill Restaurant and listening to live music at Gruene Hall. The house was very clean and perfect for the four of us. We enjoyed playing cornhole in the backyard facing the beautiful river. I would definitely stay here again. John was a great host and quickly responded to any questions we had. size for the four of us. I loveand

The location was a pleasant, cozy, tranquil place. The lakeside view was breathtaking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our family and I loved our stay here!...caught a few catfish we were happy to release! Very clean, convenient and so relaxing.
