Original Beach Styled Cottage, Renovated inside.

All excellent . Lovely traditional beach cottage. Very comfortable and a perfect location! (But knives need to be sharpened and no dish towels - and none came with the linens.)

Clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, perfect location

This is the second year we have stayed here over Thanksgiving and love it. The location cannot be beat and is within easy walking distance of all of the amenities within Bethany. It is nice to have off-street parking. While the house is not large the space is used well and is very comfortable for a family.

This cottage is cozy, clean, comfortable, and has everything needed for a relaxing and convenient trip to the beach. The interior is nicely renovated and decorated. The location is ideal to walk around town and to the beach. I would definitely recommend it, and would come back another time.

The host was very responsive to all questions. You bring your own linens off season. There is no functional onsite laudry. There is a nice screrned in porch and back yard deck area. The backyatd adjoins the back of a restaurant. The location of the property is great for access to the main street and beach! The complete renovation of the house was 20 years ago. We did not consider this a luxury property. The house was likely built 50 years ago. I would not say everything was renovated. The appliances are new. Other areas are very dated.Our challenge was with the upstairs master that has low ceilings on both sides, likely called dormer ceilings. We are both less than 5'5 tall but we bumped our heads by accident more than once. We moved to a downstairs bedroom that had the noisy heat pump outside the window.

Great location, easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. It's a very comfortable house.

We have stayed here the last 5 years! Will never go anywhere else. It is a perfect location, near the beach and the boardwalk. The kitchen is well stocked and has all the appliances you need for a lovely vacation!

This was our 5th year staying in this charming cottage. As always, Keith and Amy were perfect hosts. A great place to spend a vacation at the beach. We will be back next year.

We have stayed at Keith’s property a couple years in a row. Always enjoy the renovated beach old school spot the kitchen as well equipped, easy check-in and plenty of space for family highly recommend.

Small cottage with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths easily accommodated our 3 generation family. We loved being able to easily walk to the beach and living in the heart of Bethany Beach. Beautiful gardens, ample parking, linens, towels! A hidden gem!

We have stayed at this beautiful cottage every summer for years, and it is always a delight. The house is a gem - comfortable and spacious inside, with a fully equipped kitchen (linens and towels come with the house also); a screened-in front porch framed by crape myrtles and climbing roses; and a gorgeous yard and backyard lovingly tended by the owners. Steps away from both the beach and Garfield Parkway, with off street parking in the alley. You cannot find a more lovely property, in my view.

Love this wonderful cottage in Bethany Beach. It was the perfect place for enjoying the company of close friends. Perfect screened porch for relaxing and a back deck that looks over beautiful gardens. We have rented this proper for many years and plan to visit again.

This is the eighth time we have stayed at this property. It is the perfect place for a beach vacation. The cottage is charming and well decorated. The owners are wonderful. We will continue coming back as long as we are able.

My cousins, mother and I could not have been more pleased with the cottage. Not only was it a nice as it looked in the pictures, it was within walking distance of the beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants. We didn’t have to drive anywhere. There was plenty of space inside and out on the front or back porches. We plan on renting here again!

We love being right there in the town of Bethany

Came in town for a quick golf trip. Perfect location to restaurants and bars. House was very clean upon arrival and owners are quick to respond to any questions. Would rent here again.

Cute cottage only a block away from the main Bethany Beach boardwalk area and less than 2 blocks from the beach. You can walk everywhere - even with kids! It's the off season right now, which we loved, not busy at all and we got a great sunny stretch of warm weather. Please note as it's stated in the welcome letter, no linens are provided in the off season. Easy peasy to bring our own, just as long as you know before you go.

This house was the perfect location for a quiet offseason getaway. The house was clean and very well updated, while still maintaining some original pieces. We hope to visit again soon!

Recently had a girls weekend in this adorable house and loved it! The location is perfect and we walked to beach, to restaurants, and the cute shops, loved being that close to everything. The kitchen had everything we needed, the layout was great, the beds were comfortable, we will definetly be back!

The trip started later than expected due to issues on our end, but thanks to the amazing home, location, and most importantly the host, it was still a great trip and we are so happy with the experience.

Wonderful location, yard and house. We love the shade of the Crepe Myrtle trees in the front and the back deck and yard. Perfect for outdoor gatherings. Our third year staying in the rental. Its perfect for a family, has everything that is needed for a wondeful week.
