Old Town Cottonwood Cottage w/ Yard, Pets Welcome

Such a thoughtfully renovated space! The interior is lovely and the back patio & dog run mean the place is both private & pet friendly, but you’re just a 5-10 minute walk from all of the fun in Old Town Cottonwood. We loved Colt Grill, the Belfry Brewery, Crema for coffee & baked goods, & The State Bar for AZ beers. Will hope to return!

Great place to stay! So close to Downtown-walking distance to wine tasting rooms, restaurants and shops! Beautiful cottage, clean, nicely remodeled and has everything you need for a wonderful stay!

This was a great cottage in the perfect location, only a couple blocks away from historic Cottonwood with all the restaurants and shops. Would definitely go back, the cottage has everything you could want in a VRBO. A beautiful kitchen and a great backyard for our dog. The cottage was very clean and one of our favorite places that we had visited.

We loved this home! It had everything we needed for ourselves and our puppies! And we really enjoyed the walkability to downtown Cottonwood!

VERY NICE, came to Cottonwood for my granddaughters wedding. The cottage looked just like the pictures. I brought my service dog and my retired service dog. The pet accommodation had a small kennel which I didn't use, the wooded back my dogs loved. I will stay there again in the future because of the accommodation...5 star for sure...

A typical 5 star review, so glad I stayed there. Brought my son and niece plus my service dog...I also had my retired service dog, both German shepherds...yard was great and the forest behind was perfect. The cottage was clean comfortable, the only downside was no cleaner under the sink to clean spills up if you spilled something. I had the king bed which had the adjustable mattress so I could raise the head of the bed up?. All in all perfect little cottage. The only negative were some of the fees...but still worth the stay, highly recommend ?

Very clean and comfortable. Great communication with the owners. A little tricky finding it but once there no problems at all. Great location!! Close to the downtown Cottonwood area. Definitely recommend starting your day by going across the street for a donut and coffee!! Definitely would stay there again.

This vacation rental is a great location to everything Old Town Cottonwood. All is with a short walking distance. The cottage is in a quiet residential location. It is stocked with all the essentials and more. The cottage was super clean. I would recommend this vacation rental.

We love staying at this home. Checkin is easy and there are wonderful muffins to enjoy once we are there. Checkout instructions are very minimal.The home is comfortable and clean. It has the advantage of being in a great location, walkable to old town while at the same time feeling somewhat isolated and quiet. This is the second time we have stayed here and look forward to renting it in the future.

We had a wonderful time at the cottage in downtown Cottonwood over the weekend. The cottage is really cozy and is stocked with any amenities you could possibly need, plus it’s dog friendly. The location couldn’t be better. 2min walking distance to downtown with all the breweries, wine tasting rooms and shops. The owners also sent us a calendar with local activities for that weekend and we ended up seeing a bunch of live music because of that. We made some long lasting family memories here. Definitely going to stay here again when we come back in town.

The property is very nice, convenient location, nice outdoor space. We had two different issues, called the manager 2 times and texted him once. No response at all. If you have any problems here you might be on your own. Slightly dissapointing

This home is located close to Old Town but secluded enough that is quiet and peaceful. The home was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The owners were helpful with directions and access. Will definitely book again and highly recommend!
