Stayed May 29, 2021The cottage is idyllic and romantically beautiful. The furnishings are simple and functional. I enjoyed the fragrant flowers and the warm hospitality of Michel and Sylvie. Nearby is the beautiful forest where you can walk and climb. You can share the beautiful gate and garden with the owners. I only missed a bakery in the village. Beautiful village with beautiful stone walls and gardens. Calm and quiet place, like to come back.Wish I was still there.

Stayed Jul 8, 2017We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming farmhouse with lovely garden and space for chikdren to play. Our hosts, Sylvie and Michaelange, are so friendly. They offered helpful advice and allowed our children to see their menagerie of farm animals. We had all the appliances we needed, including a clothes washer. The area is quiet, except for rooster calls, and a playground is in walking distance. Forest trailheads are numerous and in close proximity. We would be happy to return.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969With about 20 minutes walk to the Trois Pignons Climbing areas (Roches aux Sabotes, 91.1 and Cul de Chien), this is by far the best living we've had in The climbing areas och Fontainbleau and Trois Pignons. The house itself is beautifully situated in the small village of Noisy Sur Ecole. Our landlord and landlady are among the nicest people we've met in France, and helped out with everything we needed or asked for. Our infant boy and our 4 year old dog also had the trip of their lives, concerning both the surroundings as well as the hospitality of the neighborhood and our landlords. We stayed here for a full month in April and enjoyed every minute of it. We will absolutely return here!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969fair accomodations for those who do not have hi expectations. no thermostat resulted in cold evenings. no cleaning for 4 days was included leaving towels less than pleasant after a while. hosts pleasant and helpful supplying maps and fruit jelly. security could buy a complete new gite, so not realistic. this also goes for the daily rate which is steep for what you get. town is uneventful, greater area is definitely worth the visit.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969It's a very nice place. You can really have a taste of the france campange. Sun and shade in the garden. We did a lot of walking and bouldering at the forest of trois pignons. Our 7 week old baby had a nice time as wel. You only need a car for shopping near milly la foret. A recomandation for any one who wants a rustique holiday in france!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our family had a very nice stay at this house, which is very romantic in a beautiful surroundings of Fontainebleau. It has a great poistion to bouldering areas, quiet enviroment. You need a car or bike to shop. House is well equiped for holiday even with a baby (baby bed was provided for our little baby girl). Full kitchen, gril, dining area, two bathrooms, resting area in the garden, laundry and iron, games etc. makes the house comfortable. Only requirements that would make it even more welcome would be toileteries - such soap or toilet papaer, or salt, peper or oil for basics cooking. What makes this house great is family Cannizzo with their great hospitality, flexibility and helpfullnes. Thank you again for a romantic stay!
