The Old Groom’s Cottage is a cottage situated in Minster Lovell, Oxfordshire. It is set down a private drive in the grounds of the owners’ home and has been converted into a high quality holiday home. Internally, there is an open-plan living room with flame effect fire in lounge and an attractive stone wall décor, a fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining area. There is one ground floor twin bedroom with an en suite shower room and WC, and one first floor king-size bedroom with an en suite bathroom and WC. To the rear of the property, there is an enclosed garden with a table, chairs and BBQ. As the property is on a small-holding, there are some horses, chickens plus other animals on site. Ample off road parking is available. The Old Groom’s Cottage is the place to visit for its grand walks and sightseeing opportunities.

It is often visited now for picnics by the river or long walks through the surrounding meadows, as well as the dovecote nearby. There are public footpaths that cross the field to the parish church or across the river to a small weir where local children often go to swim.

    It was lovely home away from home rooms large and very clean, A lovely welcome package with lots of goodies. Very clear instructions before hand and information book and a lovely bath, mattress getting a bit uncomfortable but would stay again
