Old Florida Style, Dockage, Swimming Pool (shared), just 20 miles from Key West

Clean rooms, clear guidelines, completely no contact experience without facing any trouble.

The cottage was clean and well appointed. Loved the little porch to sit in late in the evening or drink coffee in early in the morning. Beds were comfy, shower was not as strong as I like (but I'm spoiled by my home one, so . . . ) Only problem we noted was sometimes the toilet would not refill after flushing - simple fix, but kind of annoying. Pool was much smaller than it looked in the picture, though. Really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay again!

Driveway is on a blind curve & difficult to exit safely. Only 1 set of towels provided for the week. Washer & dryer are across the property & you'll need quarters & your own washing detergent. We were charged $300 for smoking outside bc the cottage is poorly ventilated. Cottages are close together & there was barely enough parking space for our 1 vehicle & blocked our neighbors side door.

The location was perfect for going in and out of Key West. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable.

Host was great. I stayed here before. So my fault for returning. Just run down. Pool furniture rusted broken. Ceiling fan held in by one screw. List goes on.

Check in was easy, place nice & quiet. Kitchen facilities was good. Had a problem with the microwave, property manager took care of it within hours. WiFi great. Access was easy once you got used to it.

We were supposed to stay 6 nights but left after 2 nights. The property lacked upkeep. Home was dirty. Cabinets dirty, the inside couch very dingy. Dry food in crevices of kitchen table. Ceiling vents and fans dusty dirty and rusty. Air conditioning not working well. Would recommend air filter change. The house smelled bad the entire time. House infested with tiny bugs, even on the clean dishes. I left with bug bites all over met. Back yard with cords laying on ground, broken lattice, screens ripped. Beds old and uncomfortable. I would recommend a detail cleaning. We watched the staff clean the cabins next to us and they took 30 minutes. My husband refused to stay any longer so I had to eat the cost and found another place in key largo that was much better.

We enjoyed our stay. Place is exactly as described. We really enjoyed the lanai. Wanted somewhere close to Key West and this turned out perfect. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Week away to celebrate our 47th anniversary. Location, price and easy checkin and checkout. Easy drive to Key West. Chairs, pool and beautiful views.

This is our second year at one of these cottages. We love the complex and the location is great to get to many things. The cottage has everything you would need and is very clean. The host has been great to work with.

We enjoyed it here very much. Thanks for having us.
