The area under the cottage is concrete and paver blocks with a picnic table and hammock and is a great place to relax on hot summer days.

Stayed Sep 27, 2025The Hamilton was very clean and came with some extras in the kitchen. It’s a spacious property - lots of areas to relax with friends / family. Jim was fantastic with staying in touch and making sure we were checked in and secure . This is a very comfortable and spacious beach house - we will be back to stay again!

Stayed Jul 19, 2025Awesome location!! Very well equipped and Jim was wonderful when we had an issue. The lightening storm knocked out the AC and he was prompt in coming over to fix it!!!

Stayed Aug 17, 2024Property was good. Only thing could not see ocean from back deck. Trees and scrubs grew since pictures taken from the house.

Stayed Aug 24, 2024We loved our stay - wonderful property, with porch swings, a BBQ grills, and a big hammock, as well as plenty of reclining seats for relaxing indoors. Just a short walk to a private beach, with many great restaurants nearby. The owners were great - always happy to connect and help out. Highly recommended.
