It has a very well stocked and spacious kitchen and very comfortable bedrooms. The location is prime you can walk to beach or into town. You will not regret booking this gem.

Stayed Sep 7, 2024There is no other place I would want to stay at in Montauk. Jeanne is the best host and has the most wonderful cottages. I love vintage and this is a true slice of old Montauk. Beautiful views, perfect location, amazing beach access and the wonderful old world feel of the cottage is truly the icing on the cake!

Stayed May 16, 2024Spent a relaxing long weekend at the cottage. Well done renovation that blends the vintage charm with modern kitchen and bath. We cooked most meals in well equipped kitchen. Ideal for small family or friends who don’t mind sharing a bathroom. Location right on Old Montauk Highway so took multiple beach walks. If there for longer, might rent bikes to ease getting into town as parking gets nuts.

Stayed Aug 19, 2023We had a fantastic stay at this oceanview cottage! Everything was as promised in the listing. The house was impeccably clean and our host Jeanne was super responsive and had everything ready for us. The house is right across from the beach - you can't ask for a better location. A great trip looking forward to doing it again!
