Stayed Jul 2, 2025We enjoyed a great 10-day stay. Hosts were super communicative. The house is exactly as pictured. The location is perfect. You can walk to Sunset Cliffs, Ocean Beach and we even walked to the marina and Shelter Island a few times (but Uber'd back!). SeaWorld is a 7-8 minute drive, Mission Beach is only about a 10 minute drive.The house is right on the main street, but you only really hear the traffic noise when the doors are open. It did not bother us sleeping at all. There is a little corner shop and deli just down the road, and they have a great wine selection and make delicious subs. The farmers market at Ocean Beach on Wednesdays is a must! So many food options. Thanks for a great stay!

Stayed Aug 1, 2024The property and amenities were just as described. The location was ideal. Host and neighbors were lovely. My two daughters (15 & 9), our small dog and myself enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it by a day and the host was so helpful and accommodating. We hope to be back soon!

Stayed Jul 24, 2023Nice area, very clean, nice neighbors, beautiful walk to the seacliffs. If you are there for a few nights or a week you may not mind the constant traffic flow as the home is on the main st., Point Loma Ave. We stayed 17 nights, after the first 3 nights, the noise from motorcycles, sports cars, kids on EV's, fire trucks, trash trucks, you name it NOT VERY RELAXING. The beds are very comfortable (the rooms do not have dark shades so very bright early in the am), the couch not so much. The floor is wood and when you walk it squeaks and is also noisy. No BBQ. Nice gated area for a large dog to be comfortable while your out have fun. It is accessible to all that SD has to offer and we found that to be an asset to the location.
