This cute little cottage is adorable! Just know that there is no kitchen or cooking amenity. They have a microwave and a small fridge. Other than that, it’s a cute and very clean little place where you can literally walk out to the ocean. There is another cottage right next to this one, but you still feel like it’s a private cottage nevertheless. We totally enjoyed this place! And Michelle is very responsive!

The cottage was small, intimate, and cozy. There were so many little touches that the hosts provide that add that extra little touch to make it memorable. We loved how close we we were to the beach, and the sunsets were amazing!

This place is perfect. Very clean, had lots of extras and anything you could possibly need. The host was outstanding and very accommodating. Highly recommended.

Our second stay. This place is perfect. Well set-up with everything you could need: plastic and hot cups, coffee and tea and creamer, silverware and napkins and paper plates and bowls, popcorn. Fridge. Microwave. Plenty of cleans towels. Its private and the ocean view is so close you can leave the sliding door open all day and listen to it as well. Definitely recommend.

Top notch property! We loved the compact unit and proximity to the beach. The bed was comfortable and the house was perfect for our weekend stay.

We loved staying here. The room was super clean, had everything we could need, and the views are truly spectacular. I enjoyed hearing the ocean and seeing the wildlife all around. The beach access was challenging to get to the ocean only due to the wind. It was much cooler than I thought but overall this was a memorable experience.

Absolutely a 10 out of 10! The place was immaculate and the property overall is well maintained. We joked that after 44 years of marriage, we would kill each other in a tiny home for 5 nights. BUT the layout is great, very spacious bathroom and good sized tv area. Being from Iowa, the view of the ocean was a real treat--so nice to see it morning and night and be able to just walk over the dune for beach access. The host has thought of everything and more that you would need. We are already talking about coming back!

This little cottage is done so perfect! It has all the nessesities you need and more. It’s quiet and has a beautiful view of the ocean with a private trail to walk down to the beach. Definitely will be staying there again!

What an amazing place and the best view only steps from the ocean. Everything you could possible want is right at your finger tips and very classy throughout. Just minutes away from downtown Florence - it doesn't come any better than this little gem of a place to stay.

We had the most lovely stay at this sweet and peaceful property! We could not have picked a more perfect location to explore the area and get to know Florence. It was a wonderfully peaceful and relaxing time, with an oceanfront view and a great cozy place to watch when the rain came. The cottage is adorable and had everything we needed and more. There were ample quality linens and household supplies, with so much attention to detail and nice touches. The temperature was perfect when we walked in, as it was chili outside, and remained comfortable throughout our stay. Paul and Michelle thought of everything to make guests feel welcome, cared for, and comfortable. The cleanliness of the cottage was impeccable! Even the extra blanket throws were tied in neat little bows. We highly recommend visiting!

Wonderful property that’s the perfect size for a couple. Very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed watching the sunset from the private deck. Access to the beach is very easy - just a quick walk up a sandy path and you’re there.

Hands down, best experience ever! The unit was impeccably clean and cozy. There were thoughtful details everywhere, from fully stocked coffee bar to spare toothbrushes in the bathroom vanity! I absolutely loved this property. The ocean view and beach access is excellent. The room is super cute and the owners have thought of everything, right down to warm water to rinse your feet off after a walk on the beach. The bed is comfortable, the chairs are comfortable, you don't have to cook or do dishes which was a welcome change. I would absolutely recommend this for any couple or single looking for a beautiful, relaxing experience on the beach.
