Stayed Jan 18, 2026Rico provided us with everything we needed from kitchen utensils to barbecue grill, and anything you would want for the beach. He responded very quickly to any concerns or questions we had, and he arranged for a mutually convenient time to resolve a concern that couldn’t be handled over the phone.

Stayed May 26, 2024The home is beautifully updated and fully equipped with all you need for your stay including a beach cart, chairs, umbrella and towels. There is a grill with utensils and two bicycles as well. We will definitely be back.

Stayed Feb 15, 2019When we weren’t with family or walking on the beach, we enjoyed relaxing here. This home was welcoming, tidy and the huge tv was a hit at the end of our day. Loved being just a short walk away from the beach at such a great value! Hope to stay here again-

Stayed Jan 28, 2019Our clothes and a toothbrush was literally all we needed. The owner has thought of every single detail you can imagine. I'm a neat freak and this place was spotless! The beds were very, very comfortable and so were the living room sofas. The TV was huge but the cable service could have been better. We highly recommend this VRBO.

Stayed Dec 22, 2018Rico was an absolute pleasure to rent from and work with! He was super responsive and accommodating. He answered all our random questions (traveling with an infant) immediately and never seemed to be bothered with the questions either. The house was immaculate, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. (It also smelled amazing.) We will schedule our future trips with regard to the availability of this location without a doubt. This is the best place we've stayed in Melbourne Beach hands down. Incredibly highly recommended from our family to yours.
