NORRIS LAKE COTTAGE W/AMAZING VIEW AT DEERFIELD RESORT, SLEEPS 6

This newer cottage, with an amazing view of the lake is located in the heart of Deerfield Resort on Norris Lake in LaFollette, Tennessee. Built in 2021 and placed just above the well-known yellow villas in the Deerfield Marina cove. This home provides a community pool and other amenities at Deerfield Resort.

Deerfield Resort offers a gated entrance, private air strip, 18-hole golf course, The Greens at Deerfield Restaurant, Chapman Hill Winery, The Tiki Bar (a full service marina andfamily-friendly restaurant), Living The Dream Bar & Grill, tennis courts, a community pool, and children's playground!

The view from this home is one-of-a-kind and there are balconies on both the first and second floor for guests to enjoy.

In the kitchen, there are four bar stools for guests to eat their meals, but additional seating for six at one table can be found on the first floor balcony. Off the kitchen, there is a washer and dryer that are provided for guests to use at any time. Laundry supplies are included.

The living room of this home provides a comfortable, spacious area for guests to entertain. There are board games, puzzles, books and a 55 smart TV. There are large sliding doors with access to the first floor balcony/outdoor seating, dining area and outdoor grill.

To better accommodate more guests, there is a futon style pullout sofa in the common area/living room space. There are extra linens and pillows provided for you during your stay.

On the first floor, there is also a master bedroom with a king sized bed, full bathroom, and a 55 smart TV. This room has large windows with blackout curtains and an incredible view of the lake.

On the second floor, there is another large bedroom with a king sized bed, full bathroom, and 43 smart TV. There are large sliding doors with blackout curtains and access to the private, second floor balcony off of this room with two rocking chairs.

This home is non-smoking and owners does not allow pets.

**NOTE: This property is the first and second floor of this home, but there is another homeowner on the ground level. The ground level homeowner has their own walkway and entrance to their home. In no way is the ground level home connected to the levels of our home within, but we ask that guests please be courteous to their surroundings.
