Nicely Updates Phoenix VI 801 Orange Beach Gulf Front 3 bedroom by Prickett Properties

The 3 bedroom apartment was fantastic. It checked all the boxes for our after Christmas family time. It was clean, clean, clean….which is very important to me. It had the greatest view of the ocean! It was close to all restaurants and stores. It was quiet and peaceful….except for the random pirate ship that happened to visit the beach dwellers and shot off (fake) cannon balls! We also spotted dolphins several times…so exciting! Bring binoculars!!! We made great memories…it was a blast!

Good size rooms and easy access to the beach, awesome views!

Nice place. Bathrooms are a bit small and master bathroom very slow draining on showers and sinks. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Good location and close to restaurants and stores.

We rented this condo for 7 adults. This condo is not spacious enough for 7 adults even though the description says it sleeps 10. There is no way 10 people can comfortably fit in this condo. You can't pull out the sleeper sofa because it will cover the entire living room area. The condo needs a major renovation. The paint is peeling off the bathroom cabinets. The bathrooms are very small. The main bathroom has a shower/ tub combo like the other bathroom instead of having a stand alone shower (not a big deal but worth mentioning). We were not pleased with the condition of this condo and will add it to our list of places to not stay again.

The property was clean and had great view of the beach. The property was close to grocery stores and entertainment. There was construction going on in the unit above which did put a damper on relaxing sometimes, however, this is out of the host's control

This condo was absolutely everything that I had hoped for and more. The view was spectacular. Convenient to everything.

We have stayed at this building a few times. All the amenities keep everyone busy. Beautiful view from the balcony. Property manager was easy to get a hold of and had great communication. Location is perfect for all activities on the area. We all had a great time.

Process from beginning to end was simple. Communication from property manager was great. Condo was clean, plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Property was good with plenty of activities for mom, dad, and teens.

The condo was great! This was our first experience with staying in a condo so lots of things to remember for next time! It was nice that it was right on the beach. The view was amazing! Everything was wonderful! We will be back!

Overall we had a very pleasant experience! The customer service was top-notch. The only reason I didn’t give a five star review was because it wasn’t the cleanest place we have ever been. Most of the dishes in the kitchen needed to be re-washed before we could use them. We also didn’t love how we had buy garbage bags, toilet paper, dish soap, etc. I’m not taking a star off for that though because they did tell us before hand. It’s just inconvenient to have to figure out what to do with the left over items when your trip is over and you have to travel back home. Overall though we really enjoyed our time and would stay here again.

Everything from booking until the time we left was absolutely amazing.
