Newly updated cottage in GREAT location - Walking distance

Location was perfect! Everything was comfortable and convenient. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and clean. The only complaints we had was the sound of the water pump. Any time water is running it is so loud! Especially annoying in the bedrooms in the mornings. Small trade off for the comfort and convenience of the home! I would still HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone! Especially during the peak season! (I do not recommend a stay in October!!! Most stuff was closed or not following their posted times for business. Very disappointed in that portion of our visit.) Our host and our home, however, was phenomenal! Thank you for another amazing trip!

This place was very clean and quiet! Lovely!! Plenty of space, beds were VERY comfortable!!!The only thing I ask that they change is I got a check In message saying we needed to bring our own sheets and bath towels.. It was a hassle to pack them at last minute.. we got there and sheets and towels were provided!! HUH!! But overall we Loved the stay and would definitely rent again!!

Quiet area , great cottage , within walking distance to the jet and all the restuarants, but far enough for some peace and quiet

This cottage was a great place for my group of friends to stay for a few nights. Not too far from town yet very quiet. It had plenty of space for everyone. Sheets and towels were provided, which was a surprise since all communication said that they would not be.

The house was very spacious for 7 of us. Sheets and towels were included which was a plus! Location was perfect. Set back in a very quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to all the action.

Great spot for a big group! Tucked away but so close to downtown. We loved all the living space for making memories, games, and more. A great find!

Property was just ok. It was clean and our family had a great time but I just do not feel it’s worth the amount of money we spent (to include a 415 service fee)! The house has many different levels and you have to walk through someone’s room to get to the additional bedroom. The deck is peeling and needs refinished. Could have nicer patio furniture. We have stayed in much nicer places for less without the ridiculous service fee….

We had a wonderful little cottage. It was decorated very nice and had lots of room. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to eat/cook there without going out. The location was on a dead end road with no access to the water but it was very quiet. Not fancy but a good location with a nice big deck and grill. We enjoyed our visit very much! And the puzzles were a big hit!!!

Our family all go together for a trip to Put in Bay and we had a great time. Cottage was at a great location close to everything. Very clean and new. We were very happy with our stay and our hosts. They responded quickly to any question we had. Thank you!

Great stay. Place was SUPER clean. Description was mostly accurate. There were 2 towels and hand towels on each bed, and also a set of sheets and 2 pillow cases on each bed as well, which was a pleasant surprise.Zero complaints, place was perfect.10/10

We stayed at this cottage for our annual spring fishing trip to Lake Erie. The stay was fantastic. Beds were comfortable, kitchen stocked very well, enough room throughout the place for our gear and didn’t feel cramped, outside electrical outlet and hose hook up to use, and finally easy access in and out. Was great to have the outside deck for winding down after a long day of fishing.

Nice home with plenty of room for a group. Clean and close to downtown.

We came to celebrate a birthday and our group had a blast! The location is on a quiet street and close enough to walk downtown! The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. We also utilized the kitchen for meals and we had all the necessary tools. The deck and grill were an added bonus!

Mattresses need to be replaced! House is beautiful with deck.

Awesome time at this VRBO. Place was very nice, great beds and great pull out couch. Some nice pots and pans for usage. Showers were very clean and good water pressure/temp. Great location and close proximity to the town. Only small downside was the floors felt a little dirty. Overall GREAT trip and great VRBO

Travelled from near Toronto with 5 fellas to check out the live music and summer time atmosphere that is PUT-IN Bay. This place is about a 10 minute walk from the Boat House Bar and 15 to the Round House. Beautiful cottage (just as the pictures show) until that is located on a quiet street with a very large shaded deck & BBQ. Air conditioning works great and highly recommend this spot for a group of 5 or 6 adults for a great summertime getaway.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for the 2 families, 4 adults and 3 kids. The house had everything we needed and was close to downtown.
