Newly Renovated, Walk to the Beach, Direct ocean view from Master and the Deck

Everything was as pictured, very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The private entrance just steps from the garage and gate was a pleasant surprise. Great grounds, pool and walking proximity to the ocean, harbor and pier.

Very nice condo! Our family has stayed in many units at North Coast Village over the years and this was one of our favorites.

Me and family enjoyed the stay, we had good viewof the beach. The beach its walking distances. Looking forward to come back again. I saw something that it can be better clean in the future. It was a lot of dust accumulated on all the lights fixture and all the fans, but other than that it was a clean place.

Condo was clean and welcoming. Included nice touches like having beach towels and beach equipment. Location was amazing just steps from the beach. Very quiet development. Lots of great places to eat nearby. Loved the amenities like the billiards and ping pong table. Check-in process was easy and communication with owner was excellent. Would definitely stay here again. Only note is that without ac summer stay might be a little warm at night.

We had a wonderful time! Very clean, beautiful views, walking distance and perfect for our teenagers. Location is amazing!

We really enjoyed our stay! The unit is the perfect location and quick walk to the beach, parking garage and other areas around Northcoast village. The unit is perfect for a family with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a pullout couch in the main living area. The back porch has a nice view of the ocean. John was great to work with and everything like check in and check out was very easy. We definitely would stay here again and will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo!! The home was exactly as described and very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The photos online truly reflected the beauty of the property and the layout was perfect and spacious for 4 adults. We also greatly enjoyed the balcony which had a direct ocean view. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk to the beach and right in the heart of the best part of Oceanside with everything you need within walking distance. The grounds were immaculate and our host (John) was attentive and made sure our stay was perfect. I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone visiting Oceanside and would love to stay here again!!
