Stayed May 1, 2025Super cute little stay for 2 people! You’re close to a lot of local spots and about 20 min from the touristy spots (which we did not mind). The hosts were great! They had a cute little basket with eggs, snacks and banana bread when we got there. They even kept us in the loop for local events and we even got to check one out while we were there! There are tons of roosters that you will hear every morning but that’s just Hawaii for ya! Everything was perfect! Would definitely recommend ☺️

Stayed Dec 15, 2024This was a great place to stay. We loved coming home to it. The owners were very nice. The little grey cat was so welcoming and we appreciated his company. Our only complaint would be the beds. They are a tad uncomfortable. But we all survived unscathed. Thanks Jon and Jody

Stayed Aug 30, 2021Great place with great location. Very good use of space in as great neighborhood area. The only negative was the owner came in our place without asking to turn the air conditioner off after he told us we could leave it on. A simple call would have been ok.

Stayed May 10, 2024We so enjoyed our stay in Wailuku! As a former resident of Maui, I chose this spot for its close proximity to the Maui Arts & Cultural Center where we would be enjoying a music festival. Our hosts were gracious and kind, even provided us fresh eggs from their chickens and an assortment of fruit and snacks. If you like to sleep in, I would suggest bringing earplugs or a noise-machine because the neighborhood roosters are active in the morning. Personally, I love waking up to them, so it didn't bother me. This place was clean, relaxing, and peaceful. 10/10, would recommend. Aloha.

Stayed Apr 4, 2024This little place was beautifully updated and full of all the little details you could need. Very clean and accommodating for my husband and I. Extremely friendly owners that are not bothersome at all. Jon was so welcoming and friendly and offered us ideas and locations to hit up while there. Its a busy but sweet little neighborhood in the center of the whole island, so you don't have a long commute to reach your adventures. Traffic and birds are heard throughout the day and roosters at night. It didnt bother us at all though. We left the windows open and enjoyed the breeze with the perfect temperature in early April. I highly recommend this stay and would definitely stay again.

Stayed Feb 4, 2024We loved staying in a local neighborhood. We especially enjoyed the nearby grassy field and the fairly close proximity to the harbor where my husband wing foiled everyday.

Stayed Sep 12, 2022Had pretty much all necessary amenities. Tall ceilings. Driveway is a bit tricky but if you're taking the road to hana while you're in Maui this is a piece of cake. The owners supplied us with a basket of local fruits and some homemade mango bread which was delicious! Overall enjoyed our stay, we didn't spend too much time here but it was a great place to crash.

Stayed Dec 6, 2021We were a little delayed by weather in getting to Maui, so by the time we arrived, we were fairly beat and a bit famished. The last thing we wanted to do was go back out for food, so it was a lovely surprise to find a welcome note with some fruit (grown in their own garden) and a homemade loaf of mango bread. The kitchen even had a bottle of ibuprofen which was a savior. The finishes on the property are well done, and they sure didn't skimp on the professional hair dryer (something I imagine lots of lady guests appreciate on an island). In all, the neighborhood was nice and quiet, excepting the chickens who all over Hawaii act as a natural alarm clock. This property and host are top notch. Would gladly be back if Maui ever ends up in the cards again.
