Newly remodeled home two blocks from Lake Charlevoix. 5 miles to Boyne Mt.

Great location for our ski trip. Everything we needed at our finger tips. Plus the hosts were fantastic. Highly recommend renting this home.

The home was perfect for our family of four with two teenagers! The linens were great, and every part of the home was clean and well-stocked. The location worked well for our visits to Boyne Mountain. Kathy was great at communicating all the details for our stay, and she even checked in on us in the winter storm. We didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay in Boyne City at this property. Access was a breeze and the host was friendly and responsive. House is quaint and newly remodeled. It had all the amenities we needed for our winger ski trip to Boyne Mt!

Cozy, fresh, stylish and remodeled - very comfortable beds, linens and fully equipped kitchen. Host was generous and very great /easy to communicate with - place was so cute I took a few pictures to emulate a few designs in my own home! Don't hesitate - highly recommend!

Property was perfect for my sister and I. Everything was clean and very well stocked. Property was remodeled and very modern with excellent special touches. Location was great and just a minute from the lake. Stores and restaurants nearby also. It’s definitely a great pick. Do not hesitate.

This beautiful home is exactly as the pictures show, spotlessly clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable, something you don’t always get at a rental. We enjoyed sitting on the deck by the fire pit. I can’t say enough about the wonderful accommodations, Kathy’s attention to details made for a great stay!!

We’ve stayed at a number of places in Boyne. This one was definitely a favorite. Kathy was a wonderful host. The location is great--a quiet street across from a wooded area, close to downtown Boyne. Everything was clean and new. We don't spend a lot of time in the house when we are vacationing, but it was very comfortable for the 3 children and 3 adults. We had a great time.
