Very clean, easy process. Didn’t feel as roomy as expected with layout. No real outdoor space.

A well located very nicely furnished, clean and comfortable property. We enjoyed our stay very much and the convenience to everything in the Brevard area!

This is an amazing house located mere minutes from downtown Brevard. It fit 3 adults comfortable and was spotlessly clean. Our hosts are very kind and made sure we know where everything is. They are great communicators. Home is well stocked and beds are very comfy.We had some very restful, quiet sleep in the slow-paced neighborhood. I recommend Pescado's restaurant down the hill- very yummy food! Do not hesitate to book this property.

New Haven is a lovely house in Brevard, NC. This is our third stay here. It is a nice, comfortable house. Close to downtown. We usually go twice a year to go fly fishing and to enjoy Brevard. We like walking around downtown, shopping and enjoying the many good restaurants. I highly recommend this property. Tom and Duval are great hosts.

Charming house , clean with all the amenities you need. Close to the supermarket and the host all the time taking care of details if we need anything.Super recommended.

We had an absolutely BEAUTIFUL stay in Brevard !! This property is nestled on a quiet side street, close to the bike trail and Brevard’s Main Street. There are also several nearby towns worth exploring.The house was immaculate and well stocked. My husband is a housing contractor and he was even impressed with the attention to details.The bedrooms were perfectly laid out, one downstairs and additional bedrooms upstairs. Although it was just my husband and I for the visit, it can certainly accommodate our daughter, her husband and two small children. There are several restaurants, stores and activities nearby, absolutely walkable. Tom and Duval were very attentive and prompt to respond. We had a very relaxing stay. I’m already planning our next visit and would DEFINITELY stay here again.

This property is beautiful, in a great location and has every type of amenity you could want/need. The hosts are extremely easy to work with and get in touch with. This was the cleanest, most well stocked rental that I have ever experienced. Brevard is a wonderful town to visit and staying at New Haven was so convenient to everything.

The hosts were great! They thought of everything that a renter could ever need! They gave me their cell number if we needed anything. House was very clean and had all the amenities anyone could possibly want. House was comfortable and welcoming. Great kitchen. It was cold when we stayed there. But the house is well built and tight.

New Haven Cottage was lovely! Rooms were nice and airy. Kitchen was large open space. Location was conveinient to waterfall hikes and local restaurants in Brevard. Tom made sure we could check in easily and independently when we arrived. Would definitely reccommend!

New haven far exceeded our expectations. Tom was extremely communicative. We felt very supported. The house was cozy, clean and had all kitchen/bathroom supply’s, extra blankets and local magazines etc. Just minutes from bike shop, restaurants and shopping. This is our second time staying at this great house. It is very nice, great location, lots of space for two couples. We enjoyed fly fishing two half days, walking around Brevard checking out shops, galleries and great restaurants. Our hosts couldn’t be more accommodating- very nice. Communication, etc. is great. I highly recommend.,

This was the ideal base to explore Brevard and the Land of Waterfalls. We spent five nights here. The home is convenient to shopping in Brevard. There were just two of us, but the home could accommodate a larger family. It is well equipped. We fixed most of our meals here. Wi-Fi was excellent. Communication with the owners was clear and easy. We hated to leave!

We were moving my son into Brevard College and stayed a few extra days to explore Brevard and Pisgah National Forest. The home was clean, new, and beautiful. It was close to all locations that we wanted to visit.

NewHaven is a beautiful home with plenty of room that sits within minutes walking distance from downtown Brevard and minutes driving distance to marvelous state parks. Tom and Duval were wonderful to rent from - very attentive to making sure we had a wonderful visit. My wife said we would definitely return and I agree. A wonderful week all-in-all.

The three of us were thrilled with the house and will definitely stay here again when we return to Brevard in the future. It was sparkling clean, well-equipped, comfortable, and in a perfect location for anything going on in Brevard.

This was a perfect house to stay in for our party! The house was well stocked and the communication was great. I cannot say enough good things about the house and the location. We summer in Brevard a lot and this is my favorite house so far!

We spent a weekend in Brevard to attend shows at the Music Center. Enjoyed staying at the Fisher St. house - warm, comfortable, beautiful house, good location for getting to the Music Center, restaurants, etc.

Duval and Tom were exemplary. One could not ask for a better rental home. Very clean, well-stocked and all facets of the rental went perfectly. The communication with the owners was very prompt and accurate. They could not have been nicer. There was plenty of local travel information/brochures which really came in handy. We highly recommend this rental.

I highly recommend NewHaven for your next trip to Brevard. The owners were very responsive and provided great information about things to do in the area. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean! The proximity to the bike path, Ingles, and downtown Brevard made this the perfect place for our getaway. Even though it is very close to other houses, you don’t notice that because of the blinds that can be adjusted from the top so you can have daylight but don't have to see the houses next door. The neighborhood was very peaceful and perfectly located for a quick trip to town, activities, etc. We enjoyed the White Squirrel Festival and were able to get a great picture of a white squirrel on our bike ride. Then we saw another one while sitting on the front porch. We had an incredible time of fun and relaxation!

This was the second time my family has stayed at this property. As it was the first time, the home is well appointed. If you are visiting the Brevard area, I would definitely recommend this home and its great location . We also appreciate the owners communication and availability if there are any questions.

This house was centrally located and very clean. We had everything we needed.

My spouse and another couple stayed at this rental for the weekend to attend the SORBA SUMMIT. We loved the house and the location! Extremely clean, new and very well located to everything downtown. Very well appointed with plenty of space for 4-6 people. The owners called to personally check in and make sure we had everything we needed. Exceptional! I will always try to book this spot first on my future trips to Brevard!

We loved our stay at NewHaven Cottage! The cottage was perfect for our family with a big kitchen for cooking home cooked meals for our senior at Brevard College. Access to both the college and downtown was very easy and we would definitely stay here again. Our hosts were great!

Beautiful cottage with everything needed for a weekend stay. Everything was clean and fresh, and kitchen was well equipped for a few family meals. Host called ahead of time to make sure we had everything we needed and really it was a perfect place for our family. Would gladly return. Highest recommendation!!

We had a wonderful time visiting Brevard recently, and absolutely loved staying at NewHaven! It is our second time there, and we felt like we were at home. literally. Will return for sure :)

Debated making the trip but talked with Tom (owner) and the house was in perfect shape after the storm. Read that the town of Brevard was welcoming guests again so we flew into AVL without any issues. The house was as advertised and perfect for our stay. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again in the future.
